Property was in a great location, very clean bathrooms and bedroom. The bed itself was super comfy and considering it was winter, it was very warm duvet.

My only complaint about the property and it’s not the properties fault the lift is quite loud when people slap the lift doors. As it’s an old-fashioned Italian style metal cage lift that has in and out door closing mechanism.

Second time staying there and I like it a lot! Incredible how the hotel was in the same good condition as when we visited last time 6 years ago. Excellent location, close to many main attractions in Rome. The rooms are very well decorated and stylish. The staff was excellent, very responsive, friendly, reachable at all times. Happy to be back again!

The bed was a bit small (about 140 cm wide). But with a very good mattress and pillows!

Always smelled good when you came in. Staff was super helpful and nice. Loved the size and the energy around the the place. The restaurant right across the street was amazing the view and location was super friendly and everything was right there walking distance

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - Bridge Suites is literally right down the road from the Castel Sant'Angelo. You are walking out of it and seeing that amazing structure each time. Since that's right by the Vatican you are also about 15 minutes from that area as well. We were able to walk to all the major sites from The Bridge Suites within 20 minutes or so. It is a little far from the Colosseum but cabs are easy to get in Rome. The rooms were lovely and were very spacious and comfortable. My friend and I stayed in two separate rooms and they were equally comfortable. There was housekeeping every day if you wanted it. The AC worked great! Mobile check in was easy as well - we came in after the front desk was closed and it was so easy to get to our rooms with no issue. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The location nearby to the sites does mean that there are lots of tourists in the area (which wasn't too much of a factor but something to be careful around). Also there is an elevator HOWEVER it is super sensitive if not being used properly. If someone didn't close the door properly as they exited it would not work. The Bridge Suits is on the 4th floor (American 5th) so it was super frustrating on our last morning that we had to carry our luggage down because the elevator was stuck on the ground floor - I encourage all to read the very informative signs! Other than this, honestly I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Irene was very helpful whenever you need her, she helped me with navigation and where to shop. I panickly messaged them about my pick up, Yvonne and Irene answered me thru whatsapp , not realizing its 630 am and the reception is 830.

Not that I dont like but its only for solo travellers. Nthe place is too small wven for couples

Eliza was helpful and courteous. The bed was nice and the room with bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. They changed linens and towels everyday.

The elevator lift broke the last day But the guy at the Bridgesuites desk helped us carry our luggage down 4 flights.

Check-in was tricky to start with as the main door was closed even though we arrived when we said we would (we walked past it at first). Luckily, some people were coming out that kindly let us in. We were told we should have a link to get in but couldn't see how that would open a key door! We then called reception, who told us to use the lift to the 4th floor, and he met us as we came out. Once we were at reception all was OK as we were then given our keys and the staff were very helpful. At Check-out, we just left our keys at the desk as there was nobody there.

everything was excellent. the locatoin was perfect in central Rome and quiet place. many restaurants an attractions around. the stuff was very nice. the price was very fair! i highly recommend to take a room in The Bridge Suites:)

The only thing is that it could have been more clean. We had to ask them to properly clean the floors for us because our white socks were turning dirty. A second hook in the bathroom would be handy too

Location is excellent, the suit has big windows and lots of light. Pretty quiet, although in the center if the city. The staff was kind and helpful. The suit was regularly cleaned and toiletries replaced.

The room and the bathroom little too small for us.. We would have preferred a little more space in the same location. Would have appreciated 1 more hook in the bathroom to hang the 2nd large towel. Also, 2 more hooks to hang clothes that were already warn; one by the room window, another next to the mirrow. I would throw out the artificial plant that sits by the sink, because the space is very small, the plant gets wet and smelly from the mold.
