Location and bathroom were great. Building had elevator which made life easier, supermarket close by

The shower drain was clogged which flooded the bathroom, we contacted maintenance and they resolved quickly. We found critters on different days and the bathroom had an awful smell at times. Bed wasn't too confortable and room looked Smaller than pictures

This is an excellent location within walking distance of many of the main attractions of the city. The facility was very safe and secure, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags, which were then placed in our room when it was ready. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The only real issue we had the entire time was that the AC wasn’t working when we got there, but since it was October when we were there, we were able to leave the windows open that night and stay plenty cool, and the AC was repaired the next day.

We were actually moved to a sister hotel (Trame) because G55 had an issue. We were informed 24hrs in advance that we were moved so we could go straight to the other hotel - it was seamless. This review is more on Trame than it is on G55. Hotel Trame is awesome - it’s a new hotel, the room was new, clean, efficient, the staff very helpful and nice (all of them, but especially Chiara at the front desk) and the location was great.

It close to a night club so lots of noise in the night when people were leaving the club but we are sound sleepers so it was not so much of an issue for us. Also probably depends on where the room is facing.

Great location! In the center of everything, a walking distance from all attractions which was a crucial part of our choice. Room was very good, specious, big, great AC, noise isolated. Also there's a supermarket right next to the entrance. The staff was kind, positive, welcoming and paid attention to our needs when we needed.

he WiFi was off from time to time, hot water at the shower was a bit problematic but the staff took care of all when we needed.

You can't really beat the location of this hotel. For us we never had to take a cab, or a bus or metro to get where we wanted to go. We could walk to the Colosseum in fifteen minutes, the Trevi fountain in less than ten, the Pantheon is around the corner, as is Piazza Navona. Despite the look of the entry corridor and old elevator up to the first floor, the hotel itself is very modern, the rooms incredibly comfortable and the staff very helpful. The beds and air con make sleeping in the Rome Summer Heat easy. Would highly recommend, and when we hope to return to Rome, we will look up this hotel first.

The only, tiny critique I could give this hotel was that the breakfast wasn't on site, but at a location about two minute walk away. It wasn't a major issue, but one that did surprise me on check in. The breakfast was good, and it got you up and out of the door early which was great for exploring Rome.

The staff were lovely, the room was cleaned daily, the bathroom was huge and had lots of bench space, the room was lovely. It was a little bit of a mission getting there because they are a sibling hotel to another a 5 min walk down the street. We used the airport transfer which was expensive but made it a lot easier and less stressful to get into the city. The location was good, very walkable to the Trevi.

I was unable to cancel the daily cleaning services, which we did not want every day as we were there for 3 nights.

First off, it’s not the “traditional” hotel. But that’s not a criticism, it’s a really great hotel stay. The best part was the location, 5 mins walk to the pantheon and Piazza Navona, 10 mins walk to the trevi fountain, 15/20 mins walk to the Colosseum. Do not miss the Chiesa di Gesu across the road, stunning building. The room was spotless and comfortable and the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much and it made for a relaxing stay. There’s Acqua di Parma shampoo and body soap provided which are very nice. We got a small sample of 3 when we checked out which was a really nice touch.

Our room was on the main road and the traffic got pretty noisy until late. We had a room on a Friday night so 4am Saturday morning got noisy with people out drinking! There’s a small communal area with a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee. I think a coffee machine would have been a nicer option if you enjoy a coffee of a morning. The rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities. But there’s plenty of good coffee places within an extremely short walk.

Booked for myself and 2 teenage daughters- massive room, super modern, massive bathroom. Single bed for 3rd person was more like a small double, huge room so not on top of each other. Great view. Only negative comment is that we only had 1 set of keys and you need keys to enter the Main Street door, so needed to text/phone each other if we were out separately and someone had to go downstairs to let you in.

Large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Great room layout. Downtown location with short walk to Pantheon, Trevi fountain, restaurants and shopping.

The room was not initially prepared for 3 guests so we had to place calls for additional bedding and towels (which were delivered quickly). This is a downtown location so it can be a little noisy in the evenings.

The apartment was immaculately clean. The girls working on reception were amazing and extremely friendly. Value was great and the rooms were beautifully designed. On leaving they gave us a voucher for 10% off our next stay which we really liked. Communication was great with the girls. The location was perfect we didn’t need to uber anywhere as it was extremely central.

The noise from the street was a bit loud but we had earplugs so didn’t really bother us. Everything was perfect
