You can't really beat the location of this hotel. For us we never had to take a cab, or a bus or metro to get where we wanted to go. We could walk to the Colosseum in fifteen minutes, the Trevi fountain in less than ten, the Pantheon is around the corner, as is Piazza Navona. Despite the look of the entry corridor and old elevator up to the first floor, the hotel itself is very modern, the rooms incredibly comfortable and the staff very helpful. The beds and air con make sleeping in the Rome Summer Heat easy. Would highly recommend, and when we hope to return to Rome, we will look up this hotel first.

The only, tiny critique I could give this hotel was that the breakfast wasn't on site, but at a location about two minute walk away. It wasn't a major issue, but one that did surprise me on check in. The breakfast was good, and it got you up and out of the door early which was great for exploring Rome.

First off, it’s not the “traditional” hotel. But that’s not a criticism, it’s a really great hotel stay. The best part was the location, 5 mins walk to the pantheon and Piazza Navona, 10 mins walk to the trevi fountain, 15/20 mins walk to the Colosseum. Do not miss the Chiesa di Gesu across the road, stunning building. The room was spotless and comfortable and the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much and it made for a relaxing stay. There’s Acqua di Parma shampoo and body soap provided which are very nice. We got a small sample of 3 when we checked out which was a really nice touch.

Our room was on the main road and the traffic got pretty noisy until late. We had a room on a Friday night so 4am Saturday morning got noisy with people out drinking! There’s a small communal area with a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee. I think a coffee machine would have been a nicer option if you enjoy a coffee of a morning. The rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities. But there’s plenty of good coffee places within an extremely short walk.

Booked for myself and 2 teenage daughters- massive room, super modern, massive bathroom. Single bed for 3rd person was more like a small double, huge room so not on top of each other. Great view. Only negative comment is that we only had 1 set of keys and you need keys to enter the Main Street door, so needed to text/phone each other if we were out separately and someone had to go downstairs to let you in.

The apartment was immaculately clean. The girls working on reception were amazing and extremely friendly. Value was great and the rooms were beautifully designed. On leaving they gave us a voucher for 10% off our next stay which we really liked. Communication was great with the girls. The location was perfect we didn’t need to uber anywhere as it was extremely central.

The noise from the street was a bit loud but we had earplugs so didn’t really bother us. Everything was perfect

The room is huge and stunning! There are stairs to the elevator and when we were there unfortunately the elevator was under renovation but the staff was amazing and so caring! They even offered to move us to another hotel at their expense so we could be comfortable with the baby stroller. The location is great and close to every major destination in Rome. We had an amazing time, we already know where to stay in Rome next time. Highly recommend!

I think the hotel has 10 rooms, but they are really well done. We did not have breakfast with them (at a restaurant 3 minutes away) because we were trying to eat outside and that place was all indoor, but the restaurant looked (online) like a great place. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes to Trastevere, 20 minutes to the colosseum, 30 minutes to St Peters and 35 minutes to the Vatican Museum entrance. I cannot imagine a better location. They even helped us make a dinner reservation by calling the restaurant ahead of time for us.

Not a problem for us, but the hotel is on the third floor (for Americans) and so is 64 stairs to get there. There is an elevator, but it's 22 stairs to get to it (it does not go to the ground floor). Those with health issues should take note as you have to carry your own bags up and down.

We actually didn't stay at this hotel as there was an issue with the air conditioning. The hotel was very accommodating and had booked us into another hotel within the hotel chain that was a 2 min walk away. It was very easy to communicate with the staff and was very helpful.

The rooms were a little small but had everything we needed for our stay.

The room had a great view. It was clean, simple, and modern design with a huge shower, comfortable bed, and air conditioning.

You have to be buzzed into the building. The hotel is on the 3rd floor. Had to wait to be buzzed into the desk area. Then, the hotel room key system was very confusing. The room worked well for the 1 night we were there. I'm not sure it would be conducive to long stays. Also, the rain shower head needs to be fixed. Water was not coming out all spouts.

The hotel is very central and clean.

The breakfast was not good. Very dry scrambled egg and there was no bacon left. The bread was hard and the waiter was rude. We asked for hot water and tea and it was warm! The coffee was not hot at all. We arrived at 9.15am and there was hardly anything left on the table and the waiter said that was it!
