Convenient to many sites.

The room itself was accessible and there was an elevator; however there were stairs to get in which I didn’t know about. Also the whole system get getting into the building and the suite was hard for me to use, as someone technically challenged. The staff were just lovely and helpful.

The room was very nice. The "room service" for breakfast was very good. The housekeeping service was excellent. The location is fabulous.

This is a B and B, not a hotel. There is no front desk, no concierge, and the room is certainly not a "suite." I should have read the fine print a little more closely. However, having spent five nights there, I have to say that I would probably stay there again - and would enjoy it!

It is a bit expensive given that it is not the hotel. With this said, we had a great stay.

Wonderful location, 6 mins from Pantheon and Alter of the Fatherland, close to everything, we walked almost everywhere. For Rome, good size bedroom and bathroom, internal lifts. Balcony opens out to a piazza, when doors shut, very quiet. Very comfortable bed. Linen changed daily/or as required. Delicious breakfast, delivered daily to your room. This is a hotel without staff on-site 24/7. The Staff are there early preparing breakfast and servicing the rooms, however if arriving late they provide easy directions to access your room, if you need a taxi the staff can organise for you, they are always available if needed by phone or email. We have stayed in 6/7 star hotels and all over the world, never have we received such good and sincere customer service. Special thanks to Claudia.

Room was spacious and very clean. Arrival instructions provided by the staff were clear and user friendly. Location was ideal with walking distance to main attractions. All member of staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was 10/10. ***Breakfast was lovely however, it could be useful to include an option to specify any allergies or dietary requirements (i.e.: dairy friend milk).

Spacious, clean and wonderful helpful staff. Breakfast in room was a huge plus so was bag storage. We felt right at home. The bed was just as hard as I love (may not be for everyone but there is spare beds in the living area).

May be add option to add number of coffee/latte. We couldn't see an option to ask for 2 lattes so just wrote 2 next to latte. But we got only 1 latte.

Lovely little Italian place to stay! Staff were lovely, asked us if we wanted turn down service. Breakfast was served to our room each morning on a wheeled table and was always lovely. Shower and bed were gorgeous and nice large window which opened up. Only a few minutes walk from all the sights.

This property is all about its fantastic location! Most of Rome’s iconic attractions—like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and the Jewish Ghetto—are within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff, especially the ladies who cleaned the rooms and prepared breakfast, were kind and attentive, adding a nice personal touch to the stay.

However, the accommodations left something to be desired. The room was quite small, and when breakfast was served in the room, there was barely enough space to sit down comfortably. Additionally, the elevators were old and tiny, which made moving around less convenient.

A good value in the center of Rome. Due to its location it puts you within minutes of a major bus stop allowing you to travel throughout the city with ease - ( near the national monument - tickets can be bought at kiosks here) . Walkable distances to The Pantheon, Colloseum and Palatine Hill/ Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain etc. 15-20 minute walk to Trastvere for more options for local eateries, not just tourist traps. Added bonus of a Carrefour near by that it open late. Breakfast was traditional roman breakfast - croissant / cornetto, tea, coffee etc. but worth the money and not having to walk around in the morning. Overall would recommend to anyone on a budget who wants to stay within city centre. Opposite side of the building is the local police station for added feeling of security. Walkable distance from main trainstation (~30 min).

Internet signal was a bit poor at times. No local TV channels available and free TV apps did not function properly. I had to reprogram the remote in the room because it didnt function well - mild inconvenience. Also, on one occasion the outside door did not want to let us into the premises but another lodger was kind enough to let us it.

When you enter the building it is old and shabby which is rather off putting as a first impression - the tiny lift was also not working - the 2 flights os stairs were fine for us - but not if you have heavy luggage . Once inside the main door everything was clean and smelt fresh. The shared bedroom was fine but with basic decoration - needing more pillows / spare blankets - hooks to hang up clothes - drawers etc Breakfast was served in the room on a trolley which was ok ( if you dont mind eating in the middle of the bedrrom on a fold up chair .... ) but not what I expected - I would suggest adding fruit and cheese to the breakfast options.
