This is a very basic motel located in a perfect location for tourists in Rome. It is centrally located within the old city with multiple taxi stands around. The one works best is at largo Argentina with taxis available most of the time. We had a 6 night stay in a family room with a separate bedroom for a queen bed and a small living room with two single beds. I don’t know about other types of rooms, but we had air conditionings for both rooms working decently well during the heat wave. Both rooms are small but we were prepared for that because we know what to expect at such a good location in Rome at a reasonable price during the peak season. The lodging seems to be owned by two lays with one can speak good English and the other cannot. Both ladies were very helpful. They provided limited service like cleaning only every three days. And the breakfast options are quite limited, but at least they are in decent quality.

Highly recommend. The location is incredible. Rome is on your doorstep. The building is attached to an old monastery and church. There's wonderful religious art in the stairwell. Marina is generously accommodating with breakfast times. We had early tours every day. She made sure we were fed before we left. We all enjoyed breakfast which included fresh croissants and Nespresso coffee in a comfortable room with assigned seating. The AC in our room worked incredibly well. Room has an ideal layout for a family of 4 with 2 separate twin beds in one room and a king size bed in the other.

The shower is tiny and the shower head in need of repair. 74 steps to get to your room. Not a problem for us, but good to be aware.

We liked the uniqueness of the building and how centrally located it was to many tourist attractions. Lots of great restaurants were also close within walking distance and the daily breakfast was tasty - all we really needed to start the day European style. The front desk attendant was efficient and helped when we needed anything.

The buildings foyer had an unpleasant odor from the trash piled up for the first few days of our stay, until it was removed - understandably a part of city life. Another part of city life that we didn't mind but is worth noting; the elevator is only used for check-in/out so it's up and down four flights of stairs whenever coming or going through the hotel.

The location of the Inn is superb. We literally walked everywhere!10 min to Trevi, 20 to Collosseum, 20 to Vatican, no need for overcorwded public transport and all this for the good money value with simple breakfast included. It is very simple accomodation which is perfectly enough if u came to sightsee Rome. It was not loud at all, the staff was extremly friendly and accomodating. The building is very secure, easy check-in. Perfect for the stay with a baby. Even dou they didn't have a design locked room for the lagguages in case of late flight of the day of check-out, the faciliti still offers keep of the lagguage in the camera monitored area. Really glad for this choice of the accomodation.

The room was very small, but at the end of the day..we didn't come to Rome to stay in the room ;) Free WiFi didn't reach our room, but it was comfortably accessiable in reception area.

It’s somewhere comfortable to sleep Walking distance to Trevi fountain and Pantheon 8 min walk Comfortable bed Quite location Good if on a budget

Breakfast time is at 8am To late for anyone that has tours plans But plenty of places around so if booking don’t book breakfast included 78 steps to room every day Are only aloud to use lift on checking in and check out Tea coffee had No milk no cups in room The smell of the rubbish bins from front door to staircase 20 euro taxes for couple on check-in As stated If you are big in size you will not fit through the shower door and fit like a sock in the shower Lucky we fit :-)

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The aircon was amazing and the staff were kind and helpful. Weren’t around all the time for advice but when they were they were helpful. Breakfast was perfect and were the best croissants we have had. People complain of the stairs but they are perfectly fine. The location was great and truly the reference was great. Felt like we were blessed walking up the stairs with such holiness all the way up. Our lady looking at us and various saints. We will definitely stay again.

Nothing.

Location location location. Easy to walk to landmarks. Breakfast was simple but enough. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well.

You’re not allowed to use the lift unless you are checking in or checking out. 4 flights of stairs is a lot to go up. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head was broken so it was very low and we couldn’t move it. No hooks for everyone’s towels. Only a tiny shelf to put items on. With 4 people just not enough storage. Keeping luggage on floor has no room anywhere.

Brilliant central location for the most historic parts of Rome. The receptionist could not have been more friendly or helpful, she definitely scored 11/10. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet.

A comfortable chair would have been nice, but the room wouldn’t accommodate one. Manageable for one night, not okay for a longer stay. Street map provided covered such a large area that road names were unreadably small for us older guests - better ones are available. We got lost in the dark twisting streets when trying to find The Pantheon!

Definitely the location is perfect. 5min from Pantheon, 20min from Coliseum, 30min from Termini station. The breakfast also surprised me, the croissants were delicious. And was really kind of the staff to serve pandoro and panetone on Christmas Eve. Also, the self check worked well. The staff provided a nice video with good instructions.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit unstable. So we could not stream videos wirh good quality in the room and make some Internet transactions as buying tickets.

The AC. With the heat wave in Rome, it was heaven to walk into a very cool room after our tours. Otherwise it was very basic but as expected and what we needed. The staff allowed early checkin which was awesome and they were kind. Breakfast was what we needed and the coffee was good. Location was also awesome, 4 minute walk to the Pantheon.

Nothing, it was what we expected and needed for seeing Rome.
