The hotel is excellent and clean. The location is fantastic. The apartment/hotel room is well equiped and comfortable.

I did not like that check out was at 10:00 (even though they extended until 10:30), that seems early to me. Additionally, when we took our luggage to a neighbor hotel for safe keeping (a free service), the lady at the other hotel was rude and gave us a paper with the name of the Amazing Suites, nothing to ensure the safety of our luggage. I feel that her attitude could ruin the amazing reputation that the Amazing Suites should have and deserve.

Great location to walk to nearby sights. located inside a hotel with a lift, which was good. The sounds from outside at night are not bad, especially you have to understand that's what you're getting when you select a location like this. The windows had great sound blocking. The staff was great, great communication.

The room is within a hotel on the second floor. I didn't know that, so there was confusion at the beginning when trying to check in. Once that was sorted, everything was good.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. Modern, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. Prime location. Very helpful hosts. The bed and pillows were amazing which is perfect after a long day exploring the city.

- Unfortunately, the cost of having such a prime location is the noise. There is quite a lot of street noise at night at this accommodation. - The breakfast provided cannot come very early which meant we had to miss out twice due to early Vatican tour and early flight.

The location was brilliant , walking distance to all attractions. We cooked a few nights in the apartment, everything was there Overall stay was comfortable Highly recommend

The sound from the street may be a bit loud but it didn’t matter to me considering the location.

Helpful Staff and receptionist. We have arrived around 10.00 AM and we waited only 10 minutes for early check in, instead waiting till 2.00 PM. It was very comfortable after our flight. And we were very grateful for it. Apartment was very clean , well designed, with great location next to Piazza Venezia. Receptionist gave us lots of reccomandations and was very kind and helpfull. I strongly recomment! ;-)

The apartment was of a great standard. The location was excellent but all of this was topped by the staff who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Checking in was easy and fast. Location is great.

You are in the heart of everything, which means you get to hear everything. Certainly not their fault, but even our earplugs couldn't save us from the late night noise and the early morning noise and the drilling from the museum across the street early on a Sunday.

Location and the entire apartment was a great size for a one bedroom with small kitchen dining space large bathroom. staff were exceptional and always helpful.
