We stayed at Roma 5 Suites during a wedding celebration in July, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Rome, this boutique gem offered the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warmth. From the moment we arrived, Pietro—the ever-cheerful host—made us feel truly welcomed. Every morning began with the delightful aroma of breakfast prepared by Pietro himself, whose charm and hospitality brightened even the sleepiest of mornings. His attention to detail and joyful energy set the tone for each day. Roma 5 Suites was not just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome, especially if you want to experience warm-hearted hospitality at its finest.

My son and I have just returned from 3 fantastic nights at this guesthouse. The location was amazing for seeing all the sights that Rome has to offer. The Room was very clean and spacious and beds were made daily. The owner and his staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. The daily breakfast was certainly the experience that we read about. Freshly baked cornettos were served with mouthwatering fruits, cheeses and meats from all around Italy. The owner talked us through every item on our plates- what a lovely touch! All of this was served with the best cappuccino- Italians certainly know good coffee. We are so glad we picked Roma Five Suites, and will definitely recommed and stay again.

Big spacious room, friendly family owned with a lovely breakfast cool ac and close to the main attractions. Bus routes nearby and restaurants recommendations were given on arrival. Beautiful big shower and a complimentary mini bar. A big window with black out blinds and curtains. Free water in the reception was handy after a busy day sight seeing and they let us leave our luggage before we were allowed to check in.

(Not a dislike)for us more character and typical of buildings in Florence and Rome but the building lift is small. thankfully we’re active/ and it’s only 3 floors. Ideal to put your bags in and use the stairs.

fantastic B&B, we felt so welcome, safe and comfortable the breakfast every morning was the best way to start our day with a variety of different selections served to your table and nothing was too much trouble room was clean, modern and well laid out location was fantastic, across from the palazzo Venezia and a short walk to all other attractions such as the pantheon and colosseum having a filtered water station is a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated all staff were so friendly and we felt at home - special shout out to CJ who served us breakfast on our last morning and the other young lady who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of who worked in the two mornings before him

Absolutely amazing, Peter and his wife were so kind and caring. I highly recommend, you won't regret it. I am used to 5 star hotels and wanted to try something different, close to the Romans, to live a bit like them. I will definitely come back for my next stay in Rome. Every morning and according to your tastes, Peter prepares you a perfect breakfast, knowing my love as a Frenchman for cornetto (croissant), he organized a small tasting of pistachio cornetto from 2 different places, it was just wow! A big and sincere hat tip for everything! Breakfast: 11/10, homemade, fresh and local products Mattress: 11/10, so comfy Authenticity: 11/10, beautiful and old building with a little lovely lift Location: 10/10, it takes 15 minutes to get to the Colosseum on foot

Everything was beyond my exceptions

We stayed here for one night with our 16 year old daughter. The location was excellent. We managed to walk to every location we wanted to see. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we did not hear any noise. The continental breakfast was great with the one of the more delicious croissants we’ve ever had, filled with different things.

It has to firstly be the windowless bathroom with no fan. Secondly, the lift is very tiny and an odd shape, although saying this, we managed with it okay. The cleaner forgot to remove the old towels and to give us extra toilet paper but when we mentioned this, the lovely lady at the front desk was very embarrassed and sincerely apologized. I wouldn’t think this would impact future stays. I’m mentioning this so that the new cleaners will see how important it is to stay on top of their work.

Excellent location, with a nice view of the Vittoria monument from our room. Couple of shops and restaurants very close, and superb for easily walking to all the big attractions you’ll want to see. The rooms and breakfast room are beautifully fitted out, it’s a very high quality restoration of a lovely old building. It’s spotlessly clean, good quality linens, towels and toiletries. The staff were superb, great info, friendly and helpful and made everything really easy for us. The breakfast made by the owner, Peter, is just on another level. Beautiful artisan breads, pasties and meats all sourced with real care and prepared with pride. It’s some of the best we have ever had, and served with care, attention, and a lovely bit of info for each item about why it’s been chosen. It is a masterclass in care and skill. You’re going to love it! We certainly did. Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Rome. Complimenti! 🇮🇹

We experienced exceptional and delightful hospitality that surpassed all our expectations. The owners were very welcoming and attentive, always ensuring everything was to our satisfaction and made us feel at home. They were always there for us, ready to help with anything and recommend charming spots in the city. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with aesthetic and clean decor. It was clear that great thought was put into the small details, making the stay pleasant and especially relaxing. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of fresh and local delicacies, served with a smile and love. Every morning, it was a pleasure to start the day with flavors from the traditional Italian cuisine. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, inviting, and pampering place in Rome. We will surely return there in the future.

The elevator were small .

There was a warm atmosphere in the comfort of home. The rooms were clean and tidy. The owners and staff were smiling, friendly and always on duty. They carefully prepared alternative foods for breakfast every day and provided information about the local products offered. From the beginning to the end, they constantly asked for our satisfaction and if we had any other requests. The location was such that we could walk to important points. Public transportation was also very close.

The elevator of the building is quite small because it was built later.

Location is excellent, allows you to reach all main objectives by foot and also to take small breaks to recharge during the day. Very friendly personal, good communication and easy reachable and ready to help. Breakfast is rich and very tasty; we went every day with the Italian style suggestions of the hosts and never regretted.

Rome a is loud city, and the nights don’t get very quiet. The sound isolation is good, but late in the night, after the deep sleep phase passed, and the party beasts are heading home (especially Friday, Saturday), you hear the street noise loud and clear. After several nights you start feeling the effects of less sleep.
