Sylvia was great, helpful and friendly and kept everything very clean. Breakfast was very good. Location was top notch. Amenities were great with good towels, shower caps, hair dryer, book. No problem finding it if you follow their video and instructions. Kettle in my room. Lift available but didn't seem to work at 4am. Great restaurant just downstairs, pharmacy on the corner, taxi stand nearby.

Out of 4 persons, 2 people found the main bed really unconfortable due to it sinking in the middle. The other 2 at the side beds were fine. Can be noisy at night for light sleepers if you keep the window open since it is on a main road but no problem for me.

The location was the absolute best! The pastries in the morning and fresh juices was great. The host communicated through WhatsApp. She responds immediately. The absolute second favorite thing besides the location was the air conditioning! It actually provides cold air. Very, very comfortable.

The property itself is a little bit older. So that means smaller elevator, some stairs, and smaller shower. None of these things can truly be changed by the host. The photos are a true representation of the property. I loved it.

Quaint neighborhood, easy to get around Trevi. Restaurant downstairs infront of door. Unit on 3rd floor but has an elevator, a little bit of stairs involved but not bad. Breakfast was tasty with expresso. We used Uber to get around, It was difficult to get taxis. Host was great!

Old building retro fitted with small elevator, but it is Rome and you have to be flexible. the rest was wonderful

I liked this place so much, expecially the cozy location, in the Roman style, it is the perfect place for the first time in Rome. The host was amazing, and served tasty breakfasts. I liked that only 5 minutes and you're in the Fountain Trevi, outside there is a nice delicious restaurant. All locations are so close, the perfect place for your holiday is Residence Sciarra.

This is a perfect location with soundproof windows. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was exellent.

The breakfast was poor for people who do not eat sugar. The door to the shower room did not close tightly, so there was water on the floor after taking a shower. There were no slippers and cold floor.

Location was great. No fuss room in a small apartment hotel. Friendly staff went out if their way to help.

location- really central. Large bedroom with everything you need and including a fridge.

Location is fantastic , didn't need to use public transport , everything is within walking distance if you're fit and healthy. Although we didn't see our contact Sara , she was always available via WhatsApp , and always prompt with her replies. She arranged our taxi for the Airport which was far cheaper than Uber . We definitely stay here again for a city break.

Cute B&B. Near Trevi fountain. Great restaurant right outside the door. Unit was clean. Manager set up airport driver for us and the service was excellent.

Elevators stopped mid floor. Had to carry luggage up a flight on arrival and down a flight on departure.
