Excellent host, always eager to help us with our requests. The bathroom was clean with overhead shower and the room was spacious and warm. The bed facing the large smart tv was king size and the lighting was optimal. But is was the amazing location, in the pedestrian street connecting Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon, with the bus stop in Via del Corso just 2 minutes away, that elevates the property as the absolute value for money guesthouse in central Rome.

The duvet insert -which is not regularly washed and thus after the use of many guests not clean- was not covered fully with a proper duvet cover but rather weirdly with two sheets and as a result it usually touched directly to our skin, causing irritation and itching.

The location is by far its selling point. The staff is very nice, as always, helpful and accomodating.

Nothing to mention here except for the fact that I got confused with regards to the type of room that I booked. I thought I was booking the same accomodation in which I had stayed before (Junior Suite), but it turned out to be a smaller room. The room, thought quite small, is clean and still nice. But it took me by suprise, cause the photos seemed to indicate the same room. Maybe a better description and indication of the exact type of room should be provided.

Location was great, very central. Barbara, the host, was wonderful and very communicative.

The bathroom layout in our room was a bit odd, and you needed to walk out of the bathroom and around the sofa bed after using the toilet in order to wash your hands. The room would be comfortable for a couple, but was tight for a family of four. However, the price was right and it worked for a short visit.

Barbara, the host, is very friendly and helpful. We had a room to the courtyard and loved that it was so quiet and serene. The location is excellent, only 3 min walking distance to Pantheon and to Fontana di Trevi. The bed is comfortable and wide. The room with the parquetry floor has a lovely vibe to it, both traditional and contemporary at the same time.

A bit more storage space for clothes would have been lovely, but it was not really an issue.

It was in a great location, right in the center of Rome, 3 minutes walk from the fountain and right in the center of the restaurants. everything was very approachable. It was one of my best stays. The location is amazing, the attention and care was incredible. I didn't have any problems, but even if I did, I had a direct contact person. When I arrived, they offered me a bottle of prosseco, which was a very nice treat, and before I left, they offered me a bottle of local olive oil, it was all very nice. I would stay here again when in Rome and can't wait to return again. Thanks again for everything.

Amazing property! Located within walking distance (max.20 min) off all big sites and has multiple restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The host Alessa is always there to help with any questions and to offer recommendations. Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon and she made our stay so special. We will definitely be back!!

The property is located in the heart of Rome. You can reach walking all the inportant places of Rome. Eventhough its central location the room was ver quite. It was comfortable and clean. Reception from the ownres as well as communication with them was excellent. This will be our first choise in a nest visit to Rome

There was a problem with the heatre of the water fot one night that was solved the next mnorning

The location is amazing, the check in process did require internet, but was easily done with the instructions provided. Felt secure and appreciate the extra perks (bottle of prosecco and water!) Staff, while not physically present, was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

One of the beds in the 4 person room was a murphy bed and it wasn't the most comfortable bed. One of our rooms was rather noisy on the street side, from roof top bar at night and delivery/trash trucks in the morning.

We loved our stay - very centrally located to the main attractions and lovely helpful staff (hi Barbara!) who answered any questions and gave great recommendations for places to eat. We will recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Roma. They prepared thoughtful touches to help us feel welcome including a bottle of prosecco when we arrived and olive oil souvenirs.

Great location, spacious room, coffee machine, everything one need for a city trip. Big ceilings and the big window is my favorite. Staff was nice and friendly, helped with transfer and was easy to reach before and during stay

Probably the only minus I can brag about is a tiny elevator, es a big tricky to get in with a stroller, but I assume it’s everywhere around in the ancient city:)
