Really cool boutique hotel right next to Trevi Fountain and close to Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and everything you want to see in Rome. All can easily be reached from here. It was so awesome getting to explore all the big sites during the day and evenings, since we were never more than a short walk back. The staff are super kind and will make sure you're taken care of. Note that this is a small boutique style hotel with limited facilities. It's a wonderful hotel but be aware the rooms are small, the stairway is narrow, no lifts. The true Italian experience!

Just some minor issues to be aware: the first is finding the place. It can be a bit tricky. It's the green door on the corner. Have you phone ready to contact the staff once you're nearby Also, you can use the buzzer at the door when you arrive and you'll get buzzed in. Also the steps up to the room are steep and narrow, so this might be hard for some people with limited mobility. No elevators. Also our room faced the fountain and was loud all through the night. We found it so hard to sleep but was worth it for the location and view. Nothing the hotel can do about the noise--just letting you know. Would stay here again!

The room was large and the bathroom was a nice size. Room was clean. Upper floor, so nice to look down on the action. The location was right near Trevi Fountain. Looks like the pictures. Walkable to most sites.

The room, although had air conditioning, never really cooled down. Fans would have been nice. Right near lots of street vendors so can be heard at night. Taxi could not drop us off directly at place so had to depend on phone calls to be let in. Look for the green door.

The front door did not open for us one time, however we quickly connected with the host who helped us in, and the curtains do not cover the street lamps at night.

Piccolo Trevi Suites is a small B&B located a street away from the Trevi Fountain. Our room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom had a good shower and sink with counterspace. Room was equipped with usb ports and a modern air conditioner. Windows are soundproof, we couldn’t hear the noise from the busy street below. Marcella, who did the check-in, was delightful, friendly and very helpful. We only saw her at check-in since there is no reception desk or other services. Breakfast is not included but there are a few cafes next to the B&B. Piccolo Trevi is located on second floor and there is no elevator. While first set of stairs were fine, the second set were hard to manage because the steps are high and slope down so it was difficult for us to go down the stairs (we are both over 65). Great location and nice room.

excellent location steps from the Trevi fountain. worked perfectly as a base to navigate the city and sights. easy to find and was secure. clean and comfortable. with the windows closed it wasn’t too noisy despite it being in a very busy area which was great.

Blinds would have been awesome as there is a lot of light coming into the room with the current curtains. this is daylight and streetlight in the evening. but this is a minor thing and you can get around it by wearing a sleeping mask!

Location was great, just a few steps from the trevi. Staff were very welcoming and let us leave the luggage there on the last day (although unattended). Daily cleaning if you’d like. Air-conditioning can be switched on at any time, however it is very noisy so might bother you during the night. The rooms were not cold though, so you can sleep without the AC on.

It is good to note that check-in staff are not there 24/7 and you must advise them of your arrival time to ensure someone is there to greet you. We had no issues as we were checked-in immediately. It is also good to note that this is not really a hotel, but rather a guest house and therefore towels are not changed everyday (it can be done, at an extra charge). Noise from other guests closing/opening their doors and climbing the steps is heard, however considering the busy area, the noise is very minimal otherwise.

The location is perfect. We are only less than 1 minute away from the Trevi Fountain and pretty much every where else is within walking distance, including the Pantheon, Piazza Navona. And if you are taking cab, The Vatican City and the Colosseum are only 10 minutes away. And right below where we stay is a bustling street of restaurants and shops, so it's super convenient if you need to get any food or buy anything. Noise isn't an issue too as the room is very soundproof, once you close the windows, you basically don't hear the noise from the street. The room is very big for the two of us, so we had plenty of space to put our luggages.

The steps are a killer. We had to lug our 2 big and 2 small luggages up 3 flights of stairs during check in and out. But it's only those two times which were extremely inconvenient, but other than that, the steps are no hindrance to us when we went out everyday.

Conveniently located in the heart of Rome and Trevi Fountain is around the corner. A lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. A very buzzy area from early morning till late at night.

There isn’t a reception so make sure you agree in advance the meeting time with the host. Allow extra time and make sure you don’t mind waiting on the street before dropping the bags.

Perfect location in the city centre, close to Trevi fountain, very clean room, comfortable bed, interesting design fully combined and in harmony of the building, very attentive and welcoming hostess, who left a bottle of Prosecco as a birthday gift in the room. We loved everything and we’ll come back again 🙂
