Brilliant location, staff are exceptional and I would say the rooms are much nicer in person than on photos!YES they are very traditional but a good size & comfortable. The view from the rooms was just incredible. Enabled me to enjoy the fountain. I felt very safe in this area, 24/7 front desk, where staff are very alert & also police around the clock! Roof top bar for breakfast was stunning & as we checked in late they gave us a tour!

Due to the location, it is noisy all the time (we had a fountain view) and even at 3-4 am there is a lot of noise but anticipating this we brought ear plugs which worked a treat! (The hotel should consider providing these rather than some of the shampoos). And as others say, the bathrooms are small… but for 2 days it was ok.

Perfect location and wonderful staff. They were able to drop us off at the airport for extra money, and gave us breakfast to go.

Being so close to the fountain it’s loud at night time even with the windows closed. People are outside by the fountain at all hours of the night.

Amazing location! This is the strength of this place. The view front he roof top room is unmatchable! The view of the fountain is real and the highlight of our stay. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a very popular area and managed really well small surface. This is understandably a very busy area from early morning to late at night. Breakfast was generously served in the roof top room from where we could admire the fountain, the 5 of us had a chance to admire the fontaine at some point and it was the reason we booked it.

Location was great, right in front of Trevi fountain. The breakfast was delicious and Mrs Maria who is in charge of the breakfast is a great asset to this Hotel. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and meet all our needs including giving us tips on popular destinations and tourist routes. The hotel is old, so if you are looking for perfection you are not going to find it here,but we loved our stay and will come back again.

View of fountain was great from our room. All of the staff were really nice and helpful and kind. The hotel matched my expectations. Great central location so you can walk to restaurants nearby. Location was amazing. 24 hour manned reception. Easy going and relaxed.

The hotel is located in an old building and the facilities were a little tired and old as expected in an old building. Not much can be done by the owners due to the busy location and the old building. The downstairs hallway and lift are narrow. Crowds outside the door 24 hours a day due to proximity to fountain.

We were in room 207 which is directly in front of Trevi Fountain. The view was magnificent. The breakfast was olentiful and delicious with meats, cheese, croissants, tomatoes, juices, fresh fruit salad and various kinds of coffee. Staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel is also located by many shops and restaurants.

The city tax must be paid in cash which we were not told until check out so I had to find an ATM to get change. As stated above the view of the fountain is smazing however it is crowded eith visitors 24/day so it was very noisy. It really should be closed overnight.

I was apprehensive after booking due to some reviews however this hotel really exceeded expectations. breakfast was exceptional (continental so if you prefer pancakes and waffles probably not for you), the rooms were super cosy and clean and comfortable. The building itself is so gorgeous and adds to the culture and history of the stay. Staff are friendly and dutiful, kind & attentive. Location goes without saying is perfect for tourists, my partner and I walked everywhere with ease and the hotel worked as a really good base. Just touching on the view - a few reviews said you only had a view of the Trevi at breakfast from 2 tables. I have posted a photo to show that it isn’t the case. Even from the back of the breakfast room the view is excellent - i would recommend this hotel to all and would say that it’s a perfect spot for a long weekend

I had no dislikes personally however I would say that the bathrooms are quite small and dated. They are clean and work really well but if you are taller then the shower may be an issue and if you prefer modern bathrooms then steer clear

This property is literally infront of the trevi fountain. The staff are incredibly hospitable, especially the ladies. I had one of my most memorable conversations of my two week trip with the front desk lady during my stay here. She had the most lovely recommendations for food and bakeries. The best part of this trip was that I got to go see the trevi fountation almost empty almost daily during my stay here. While the area is generally noisy, my room had no noise as it was not facing the fountain. The breakfast was really nice as well. The staff were so incredibly nice about my dietary restrictions (Halal). Incredible experience.

While the staff and the location are fantastic, the room itself was so small there was no space to even walk. The hotel is very old, and facilities are a little on the older side. The bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was too soft, but i believe this is a personal preference. But taking into account the price you pay and the location you get, I would still recommend 100% to stay here.
