Location is amazing, you don't need to use any kind of transport for the main attractions in the city centre. Room sound isolation is great, even if the hotel is located in a busy tourist area, the rooms are silent. Staff is really helpful with your every need.

Room cleanliness could be improved. Also the rooms could use some improvements as well (counter-top in the bathroom is inclined because it is almost ripped of the wall, water stays in the basin long-term because of this). I would not rate this a 4-star hotel.

Felt like we were in the heart of Rome, central and just a great feel.

Convenient position right next to Trevi Fountain, excellently placed to explore central Rome and all of the beautiful monuments, 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum and 15 to the Pantheon, the staff are amazing and extremely helpful towards every need.Overall we had a good experience in this Hotel.

The Hotel is definitely high traffic, the rooms show a decent amount of wear and cleanliness is not the best, however all in all it is an acceptable compromise for the pricing and location to be made. Its just a shame to see that it could truly be a luxurious hotel with just a little more maintenance and care.

Great, central location and very friendly, helpful staff. I forgot my jacket in the cupboard and they were most helpful in locating it so I could come back for it next day. Room and bathroom was a good size for Rome and we were happy with everything. Be aware you are in the centre of the busiest area of Rome. Perfect access to all the major sites, but expect some noise in the nights and mornings.

Single sofa bed was a bot small and needs a new mattress. Some walls were a bit grubby and could do with a clean, but didn't affect the quality of our stay.

Everything! The room was perfect. We had a twin room with an extra sitting room, balcony that you could sit out on, window that opened and a sliding door to the balcony. The beds were very comfortable with nice crisp linens. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed with a waterfall shower head. The breakfast had lots of choices, both hot and cold selections were available as well as fresh fruit and juices. At 10 euro per person including a cappuccino I believe it was the best deal to be had in Rome! The location was amazing. Stepping out the front door of the hotel you are surrounded by restaurants, shops, bakeries and gelato shops. All of this and steps away from the Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend Trevi Palace Luxury Inn if you enjoy historic charm combined with modern functionality. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is pleasant. Kiera made my first trip to Rome enjoyable and one to remember!

That we could not stay longer. I would recommend a minimum of 4 nights. Had our schedule been flexible we definitely would have extended our stay.

The location, convenient to all the major attractions of Rome, some even just within walking distance. The staff were friendly. The room was big with modern style.

There’s almost no signal in the room, we could only use their WiFi but sometimes it wasn’t reliable. The hairdryer was super weak and it took a long time to dry the hair.

I considered the breakfast a wonderful addition to our stay. The price was also very reasonable. This hotel is a gem in the middle of this quaint little harbor town. All in all, this hotel would be hard to beat for its location, especially if you want to be close to the cruise ship terminal. Plenty of great little outdoor and indoor restaurants right next to the water.

There could have been better lighting in the room and bathroom. The hotels in the States have much better lighting My wife had to apply her make-up with a small mirror next to an opened window. Could use floor lamps throughout. But there are more pluses than minuses.

Great central location and friendly staff.

Rooms are reflective of an older property with quirky shapes and some areas needed a little attention. Ie missing wardrobe handles to access safe etc, shower jets target the gap in the door and soak the floor. All fixable but it is a pricey room that is a little dated but you are paying for location.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location of the property! Literally less than 2 minutes stroll to th Trevi Fountain, 10-15 mins from the Pantheon and 15 mins from a metro station connecting you all over Rome. The room itself was amazing, the bathrooms were so clean and comfortable, with the necessary toiletry requirements available. The staff were so friendly and were very helpful with our requests. Super clean, excellent location, and wonderful staff make it an amazing choice that I will definely consider next time I'm in Rome.

This was a very busy location since it was so close to the Trevi Fountain. Our room was very good size and the bathroom was excellent.

It was not as cool in the room as we would have liked. There was some noise from the street. This hotel was a long walk from the Rome Termini Train Station. We were unable to get a taxi since it was extremely busy, so the walk with luggage was a long 30 minutes.
