Everything was to love. It is a perfect location to walk or take the metro anywhere in Rome. Daniel was so friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was huge and comfortable as well as a decent size bathroom. We could leave our luggage after checkout, that was also good.

We liked everything and have zero complaints. When trying to get there, Google Maps will tell you arrived, but the hotel sign is small, so go by the number. It maybe took us an extra 5 minutes to find it, but after that it was super easy to spot it.

Excellent location. Just one minute from Fontana di Trevi. Everything you want to see is in walking distance. Although it is located over a busy pedestrian street with restaurants,gelaterie etc the room is suprisingly quiet. We had a room in the second floor. The room is spatious, with a big comfortable bed and it was very clean. Bathroom big and clean. Wifi excellent. Daniel and Evy are very very very polite. They let us bring our suitcases much earlier than the check in and take them much later after check out so we could wander in Rome carefree.

There is no elevator, so elderly people and/or with disabilities might have problem. On the bed there was a quilt and under it just a sheet. Since the quilt has seen better days we insisted on a duvet cover and they brought it the next day. Also something that troubled us was that some of the amenities ( bathrobe, slippers etc) that are listed as standard are available after request. Never seen it before. Anyway didn't need them but it troubled me.

Very safe and secure we were not worried about our belongings once. Absolutely amazing I was so sad to leave this hotel is beautiful ! Large rooms excellent bathroom. Delicious espresso. The staff is friendly and amazing and courteous and answers your questions so quickly and always there to accommodate... if I ever returned to Rome, we will be staying here again. Look no further and book this place. I promise you will involved a disappointment. It is in my heart of Rome one minute walk to the Trevi fountain it was everything we wanted and more . Absolutely nothing

This was one of my favorite rooms, from our stay, in all of Italy. There was a separate room with a couch, a bedroom and bathroom, all with doors to separate. It was quite and near everything we needed. I loved that the entrance is kind of hidden but in plain site. The windows opened to the street and it was nice to open them up in the mornings and evenings. The windows when closed blocked out noise and covers to block out light. Comfy bed, nice big bathroom with separate shower and sink areas (if your a woman this is important when doing makeup). Also the room is full of mirrors, loved that for getting dressed! This is a wonderful place to stay, everything was perfect!!!

I have nothing bad to say - We enjoyed our stay here. I did not see an elevator and there are stairs upon entrance. Just know this. Most places we stayed all throughout Italy did not have elevators, not an issue for us but could be for others.

The location was fantastic. It is off one of the main streets around the Trevi Fountain. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, and gelatari. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Sound proof windows as a restaurant nearby play a mixed sound track of the same 6 songs from about 9.30 am till close. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely book this place again if returning to Rome.

Nothing, it had everything we needed. There were no English tv channels, but we were barely in the room, just to rest after walking around Rome, so no issue, really

Location was great; very central and just a minute's walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were very helpful and communicative. They were either available on-site (8-11am) or via WhatApp (they responded immediately each time). The bed was super comfortable and the windows must have been triple glazed, because they blocked out all the street noise.

Unfortunately, parts of the seal around the shower door had broken off, so it leaked water onto the floor each time we showered. The staff were accommodating and gave us extra towels to put down, which helped greatly.

Our room ( apartment) was big, very comfortable and clean. We had a coffee machine and coffee pods for free during our stay, other supplies as well, they cleaned the room every day. The AC was working properly. The host was very kind and polite. The location is great, near to Metro and to many restaurants. Fontana di Trevi is very very close, 1 min walking. Despite the fact it is located in the center, it is not noisy in the room. Everything was great. We recommend the property.

Location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the fountain, but also well placed enough to walk to other locations. The room was clean and had everything you need and the bathroom was to a good standard. Check in was easy, with keys left on the door as we arrived a little late.

Not too much of dislike, it can be a little noisy as you’re on a Main Street, but the windows kept out so much of the noise and we slept fine.

Let me start by saying...AMAZING hospitality!!!!! Daniel was so sweet and helpful...He organized for my birthday a surprised decoration at the room and It was the sweetest thing...The mattress is the best !!! (Number one thing for a great stay...sleep well and rest)...Very clean, very spacious, have amenities, hair dryer, iron board in closet, and two specious closets along with safe and small fridge in one of them. Really warm and cozy room. Quiet so you can relax and sleep. Cannot say a thing about the location cause it speaks by it self (Fontana di trevi literally in your feet) !!!! THE best place to stay !!!!! Check in process was fast as thunder, since on their website you can e-check in so easy and fast...Thanks to Daniel we could have our room a bit sooner than 14.00.... Check out also helpful and fast...Daniel booked us for a taxi to airport with no extra fee. Also we left our luggage in the hotel will noon that we were leaving and had a code to get I and get them....AMAZING place will recommend 100% !!!!!

Everything was great honestly!!!! Lets say if i really try to find something i would say 2 things...Could use a pair of slippers in the room (I had my own but I always love having slippers in hotel room)... And the toilet sit to be replaced with a big one (more fitted one) .... Besides these too NOTHING AT ALL !!!

Loved the friendless of both Daniel and also the cleaner, made us so welcome. The Apartment was situated so close to the Trevi Fountain area which we love, our 15th time in Rome and this comes up tops. Lovely large fluffy white towels, bed linens/furniture first class. Easy access to the Apartments. Back in 2 years time if not before and this will be our first port of call - thank you.

Only one thing I would point out as constructive feedback. Please sort out the grouting inside and outside the shower this was our only complaint.
