This is my third time staying here and I will likely come back. The rooms are clean, neat, and well-appointed. Everything works well (water temperature, water pressure, blow dryer, etc.). Even though they don't have 24-hour reception, staff is easy to reach and attentive. They were there when we arrived and helped with luggage. They went out of their way to help with any questions/concerns. There is a nice place for breakfast right outside the door, and the location is great overall. Convenient yet quiet. My only suggestion would be to make sure the coffee pods in the room are refilled--ran out a couple times--but that is very minor. Highly recommend!

Our host was perfect!! From the very first moment we were provided with information on anything that we needed and also offered to help us booking tours or transportation from/to the airport. Location of the property is perfect, just in the heart of the city with easy walking access to everything! The room were clean, large and comfortable! We were provided with luggage storage before out check-in and after our checkout as well which was highly appreciated! Overall great finding, we would surely stay again given the chance!!

Perfect location, in the heart of Rome. Public transportation is just around the corner. 2 min walk to Fontana di trevi and 8-10 min walk to patheon. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants near by. The room was nice and comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Bathroom is also big. All and all really nice hotel and close to everything. We arrived late and got clear and easy instructions to how to check in. Would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Rome again.

Fabulous location, 1 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Everything you want to see in Rome is pretty much within 15-20 min walking distance, besides Vatican City. The room was large with 3 beds, so it was perfect for our family of 4. Need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, no issue for us, but could be for others. Very safe, comfortable, quiet, secure. Cinzia was super helpful at check in and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner.

The place asked if we wanted them to arrange a taxi service from the airport to the hotel, and we accepted (80 euros for 4 of us with 4 carry on bags). However, the taxi driver showed up 45 minutes late, said due to traffic. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but just be sure you get the name and number of the driver just in case. We could have probably just picked up a taxi at the airport after learning he was going to be late, but we waited and the driver was very apologetic.

We stayed with family and it truly exceeded our expectations! The place is stunning, carefully designed down to the smallest detail, with an atmosphere that captures you right away. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us in the best way possible. We felt comfortable as if we were at home, while at the same time enjoying the luxury of a unique accommodation. We’re definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and in the middle of a lot of nice bars and restaurants, also for breakfast. Inside the building and rooms it is very quiet. The rooms are spotless clean. Very friendly staff, not present 24/7 but 1 whatsapp away. I would definitively book again.

The rooms are on the 3rd floor and no elevator. But after so many steps in the city this is peanuts.

It has the perfect location, next to Trevi Fountain, a nice building, with gorgeous, clean and spacious rooms. We even had a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee and tea daily. Our host, Cinzia waited for us for the check-in, gave us all the details we needed, a map and even suggestions of a few restaurants.

Everything was great. It has no elevator, so if you have a heavy luggage you should know before, but they offered to help us carry it up.

The receptionist was amazing. Truly attentive and helped us a lot. We needed a place to leave our bags for 7 hours until our flight connection and she fixed this for us. Left us a special card for entering the hotel and this special room and also we had a bathroom to use prior to go to the airport. We had to do check in during late hour and she was very helpful explaining the process. I truly recommend this Hotel. Amazing team.

The location is great. Its around the corner from Trevi Fountain—-so you avoid the noise you would here if you stayed any closer to it. (People are walking around the fountain until wee hours). The host is very nice and helpful. She gladly kept our backpacks (locked up) after we checked out so that we could explore the city before our flight.

Might want to put some no-slip stickers on the shower floor.
