This is my third time staying here and I will likely come back. The rooms are clean, neat, and well-appointed. Everything works well (water temperature, water pressure, blow dryer, etc.). Even though they don't have 24-hour reception, staff is easy to reach and attentive. They were there when we arrived and helped with luggage. They went out of their way to help with any questions/concerns. There is a nice place for breakfast right outside the door, and the location is great overall. Convenient yet quiet. My only suggestion would be to make sure the coffee pods in the room are refilled--ran out a couple times--but that is very minor. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, in the heart of Rome. Public transportation is just around the corner. 2 min walk to Fontana di trevi and 8-10 min walk to patheon. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants near by. The room was nice and comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Bathroom is also big. All and all really nice hotel and close to everything. We arrived late and got clear and easy instructions to how to check in. Would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Rome again.

Fabulous location, 1 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Everything you want to see in Rome is pretty much within 15-20 min walking distance, besides Vatican City. The room was large with 3 beds, so it was perfect for our family of 4. Need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, no issue for us, but could be for others. Very safe, comfortable, quiet, secure. Cinzia was super helpful at check in and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner.

The place asked if we wanted them to arrange a taxi service from the airport to the hotel, and we accepted (80 euros for 4 of us with 4 carry on bags). However, the taxi driver showed up 45 minutes late, said due to traffic. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but just be sure you get the name and number of the driver just in case. We could have probably just picked up a taxi at the airport after learning he was going to be late, but we waited and the driver was very apologetic.

We stayed with family and it truly exceeded our expectations! The place is stunning, carefully designed down to the smallest detail, with an atmosphere that captures you right away. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us in the best way possible. We felt comfortable as if we were at home, while at the same time enjoying the luxury of a unique accommodation. We’re definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

It has the perfect location, next to Trevi Fountain, a nice building, with gorgeous, clean and spacious rooms. We even had a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee and tea daily. Our host, Cinzia waited for us for the check-in, gave us all the details we needed, a map and even suggestions of a few restaurants.

Everything was great. It has no elevator, so if you have a heavy luggage you should know before, but they offered to help us carry it up.

The receptionist was amazing. Truly attentive and helped us a lot. We needed a place to leave our bags for 7 hours until our flight connection and she fixed this for us. Left us a special card for entering the hotel and this special room and also we had a bathroom to use prior to go to the airport. We had to do check in during late hour and she was very helpful explaining the process. I truly recommend this Hotel. Amazing team.

The location was amazing - so much life at our doorstep and easy to get to beautiful attractions and the wonderful live music of Gregory’s Jazz Club. The room was light and airy with the windows open and serviced daily, which was great. The complimentary water and juice was much appreciated, as well as the eco bathroom products. Cinzia was helpful and made checkin easy for us. We’ll be back and highly recommend this accommodation to families.

The only thing was that when we opened the windows the first time, the airflow blew big pieces of dust down onto us, off the bathroom roof. So regular cleaning of that space needs to happen for those guests who prefer open windows rather than air conditioning.

All round perfect. The location is excellent, 1-2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Facilities are clean, the staff are very friendly & helpful. Coffee Pod machine (pods replenished daily with room cleaning) & mini fridge in the room & also use of communal kitchen with full sized fridge & freezer. Communication was great prior to our arrival. We had asked about storing our luggage as we were flying in from Australia at 8am, when we arrived at the property they had our room already ready for us which was lovely. Highly recommend this property.

Nothing to add here from us. Will note for others that may need -there is no lift however the staff are happy to help carrying luggage & it’s only a couple of small stairs. There was an electronic lift seat to help (sorry don’t know what they are technically called) people with mobility issues up & down the stairs although we didn’t see it being used)

-great location, walkable to all the main attractions. -very central but slightly quieter than streets nearby which meant it didn’t feel overcrowded. -great local restaurants, bars, shops nearby.

Although to be expected, just be aware if your room is facing onto the Main Street you might be woken up several times by the restaurants closing up and the rubbish collections in the early hours.
