The location was very good and the flat was in a historic building which was really beautiful. The host(i think Reya was the name of the girl who welcomed us) was very helpful always.

There were too many stairs inside the apartment (apart from the bedroom being at a different level from the living room which was clear from the flat description, the living room and bathroom and kitchen were also at a different level than the entrance in the flat) and my parents with low mobility had some difficulties in managing those. This is not clear in the description and I think should be updated.

We love the grandeurs of the room we were in. The only problem we had is that we only have 1 set of key and no one can just stay in the room since the electricity is controlled by a key card attached to all the keys. There were 3 keys, one for the main entrance of the place, 2nd one is for the lobby at the 3rd flr and last one is for our room. Reception only opens at 8am and closes at 5pm so no one will be available if you check in or check out very early or after 5pm. We checked in before 5pm so we were good. Checkout early so we just left the keys at the lobby counter. We were offered espressos when we came and we were not charged, the next time it was a different person and we were charged. They prefer cash if you are paying for the $25 per person city tax?, cant remember what the charge was called. The water is cheaper with them than buying outside. Very close to the Trevi Fountain and lots of souvenir shops and restaurants around. Overall, our stay was great

Single set of keys for group of 5 people

I’m super excited that I chose this place to stay in! I look for something just for one day to celebrate my birthday in Rome (my favorite city) and I needed something within the center and I wanted a nice room in a good price. They welcomed me very warmly there: Amad, Salvatore, Marco are very friendly people. We talked for a while getting to know each other and they even gave me a small present for my birthday. That was very lovely of them. I booked a big suite - it was just huge! And beautiful! And comfortable! And just 2 steps from Fontana di Trevi. To sum it up, I had one of the greatest stay and highly recommend this place.

Our room was two floors with 2 terraces, with ancient Roman charm. The room had its own WiFi router which was very strong. Each floor had its own AC split. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. The sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

The street is noisy and almost sounds like the windows are open, but that is Rome. The kitchen was not very updated. The windows and terrace entry door did not have any locks. The key was manual, and may be a safety concern because they are easily duplicable. The cleaning crew was not very flexible when they came in the afternoon and said they were not able to come back at a later time.

The room for 3 adults that we booked was very spacious, clean and even though the third bed was a sofa bed, it was solid and comfortable like a proper bed. Toilet and bathroom amenities were modern, clean and included a bidet. We loved the location that it was walking distance to lots of sight seeing places, super close to Trevi Fountain as the name suggests. And we also appreciated the environment surrounding this accommodation, it felt like we were coming home.

It was not clear which drink and food items in the room were complimentary and which were for purchase.

Huge spacious room, excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in and happy to hold bags on check out day for us to sightsee. Would recommend

While the room was spacious, and there are luxurious elements (huge bed, double shower etc), I would describe the accomodation itself as basic. That said, it was very comfortable and perfect for us.

Lots of space. Nice and clean. Loved the minibar.

Our room was not ready until 4:30 pm. So we had to hang out in the lobby. Air conditioning does not cool down the area well. And it will not be able to because the room access key turns on the electricity so when you leave the room it shuts off. When it is 100+ degrees outside, we need a cool room.

I must say it was a fantastic experience staying in Trevi Rome Suite. Although our package did not include breakfast, we found plenty of charming cafes and eateries nearby that offered delicious options to start our day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the location. Trevi Rome Suite is perfectly situated, providing easy access to many of Rome’s major tourist attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and more. We could easily explore the city on foot without needing to rely heavily on public transport. And what truly made our stay exceptional were the amazing staff. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. On our the last day at Trevi Rome Suite, the gentleman staff kindly suggested my friends & I visit the stunning Chiesa Di Sant’lgnazio Di Loyola while we waited for our transport to the airport. It was such a lovely recommendation and added a special touch to our trip.

What I didn't like about this trip was that it was too short! I found myself wishing for more time to embrace not just the city’s landmarks but also the unique vibe and lifestyle of Rome. Next time, I’ll plan for a longer stay - at least a week. This will give me the luxury of exploring at a leisurely pace without the stress of trying to catch up or maximize every moment. So, I suggest that you be sure to allow yourself enough time to truly indulge in all that this beautiful City and Trevi Rome Suite have to offer. I am looking forward to returning and soaking up the full Roman experience on my next visit.

Great location for the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon and walking distance to the Colloseum. Nice A/C and modern bathroom. Our apartment had a roof terrace. Lots of eateries close to the apartment and local supermarkets. Staff were very good and were on hand if any queries. Given a late check out which worked for our next journey. Safe area and clean.

The room expected wasn’t what was given. Climb up some steps into the apartment then some more once in the apartment, then some more narrow steps for the bedroom. Modern room with bathroom A/C in seating area worked well but not so good in the bedroom. Kitchen was very basic, although worked was not in keeping with the room. Not the room we were expecting especially as the pictures were of a different room when booked.

I had an amazing stay at this charming hotel near the Fontana di Trevi! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. What stood out the most was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens and towels provided daily, and the common areas were always well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything tidy and welcoming. This attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome!
