The location was wonderful. Central to just about everything. Jay our attended was truly lovely & very helpful.

Elevator didn’t always work which made it difficult with baggage. We had huge problems with the very front door key! Only worked 80% of the time. Pressed buzzer for someone to let us in but every time never getting an answer. Waiters from next door assisted us.

Lovely host really attentive, room was spotless and cleaned each day. Comfortable and spacious bed and fresh towels each afternoon. Breakfast good and sat on the balcony was lovely. Perfect location, walked to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.

No complaints, other than the weak shower pressure and slight sewage smell in the bathroom occasionally.

the staff was helpful, there are two elysium suites so we went to the wrong one and that was a nicer hotel and even better location. they helped us moved our bags to the next location. The new location was ok, not close and not too far. Breakfast option was amazing. and cleaning of room was good as well.

location was abit further from station, will need to catch taxi to location. you need to climb a few stairs to get to the hotel. one to the lift, the other to the hotel out of the lift.

Perfect location and value in Rome city center! Comfortable room with lovely breakfast served each morning with a great variety of options. After long days sightseeing we even enjoyed the restaurant that is essentially right outside the door for a lovely dinner; and daily treks to Trevi Fountain only 5 minute walk at different times of day to enjoy the beauty in early morning and lit up in the evening.

Room service and staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly all the time. Room size was fine too. Location was ideal, right in the heart of Rome. Free coffee through the day and the staff helping you prepare breakfast was a plus.

The rooms aren't soundproof, you could hear any noise from the other rooms, even if they just kept their toilet light on , couldn't sleep few nights because of that. Breakfast variety could be better.

We loved this place, our room was spotless and comfortable, the air con was our saviour in the 37 degree Rome heat. Location was perfect and owners / managers were really friendly

Breakfast is quite basic, personally I would have liked fruit but it was typical Italian, lots of cakes

The location was amazing, 2min only from Piazza di Spagna. It was cleaned every day- very very super! The staff was kind!

Very well located, small & cosy room. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are just looking for a place to sleep and rest whilst you explore Rome by foot, as it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon.

It was often too hot in the room, and air condition didn’t always work well.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Breakfast is a little limited, but it’s enough. Unfortunately the lift broke down while we were there which was a little frustrating. However, the owner offered us some champagne due to the inconvenience.
