We loved everything about this amazing boutique hotel!!! The location is hard to beat - lots of iconic places like Trevi fountain and Spanish steps were just minutes away. Our superior room was specious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all possible technologies (sensor lights, phone charging points etc). The shower room and toilet were generous size and had everything you need. Having been recently renovated, the hotel features modern yet sophisticated style with attention to detail. We loved the delicious top notch quality breakfasts! But what makes this hotel really exceptional is the staff every member of which was very friendly, accommodating and attentive! We felt like at home:)) Melika at the reception offered us a warm welcome and all the needed support upon our arrival. Marco at the rooftop bar served us delicious cocktails along with lovely Italian snacks. We enjoyed his warm personality and hospitality!! The hotel was as close to perfect as it gets for a short trip to Rome. Location is unbeatable, the rooms and the whole hotel is very tastefully decorated and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and staff super friendly. I would like to thank Melike and Francis in particular.

Would have been nice if they had a small gym (would prefer that rather than the spa).

✨ A Perfect Roman Stay – Again! ✨ This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s the only place I’ll ever choose when visiting Rome. The experience was just as incredible—if not better—than the first time. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed. The staff is truly amazing—warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. You’re not just another guest here; you’re treated with care and kindness every step of the way. The services are outstanding, and everything runs smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Every little detail is taken care of, and you can just relax and enjoy the Roman magic around you.

The only small thing I would mention is the pillows – I personally prefer a thinner one, but I still managed to sleep well with the ones provided.

Beautiful hotel near Spanish steps. Very comfortable bed. Clean and well equipped with kettle, hairdryer, dressing gowns and slippers.

The rooftop bar was only open on the last day of our stay. The breakfast was nothing special.

Location: 3min away from Spanish Steps - 7min Trevi Fountain- 9min from Piazza Barberini (one of the hop on/hop off bus stops) - close to shopping center - restaurants/cafes Customer service was beyond expectations! All the staffs at the reception: Stella - Belen - Nunzia - were just amazing (special thanks to all 3) All staffs at the restaurant were excellent- Maitro Maorizo who served us on dinner was so professional and provided excellent service, Isabelle at breakfast was so friendly and attentive and last but not least Francis who was a busy bee (excellent service at the restaurant and helped us with the luggage when checking in and out) The room: Very spacious- elegant- modern- they have paid attention to every single detail - comfortable beds - spacious bathroom

Limited breakfast menu Although it was freezing in Rome in December but in doors it was hot - the staff tried her best to adjust the temperature in the room but it was still hot at night (the same issue was there in two other hotels I stayed at in other cities in Italy during this month so I guess it’s a common issue)

The hotel is very clean. The renovation of the hotel has been done in an excellent architectural manner and there is very good window sound insulation, as well as between the rooms. The deluxe room is equipped with modern audio and video equipment, furniture, and everything is extremely functional. Curtains and draperies provide complete protection from light in the room. The bed is extremely comfortable. The valet Teddy worked very hard, together with Francis, to keep the room clean at a high level. The night shift staff was brilliantly friendly and responded positively to our every request. Mrs. Olha stood out in her kindness and dedication to work, as did her colleague from the night shift. Also, the staff at the breakfast restaurant is a perfect team, Franceska, Alesia and Franics tried to serve the guests with a smile and fulfilled even the smallest wishes. Thank you for everything, you made our stay divine.

Breakfast was modest, there was a lack of dried products and cheeses, as well as salads and fresh fruits and vegetables.

The hotel is very stylish, it is a small hotel with few rooms on each floor. After staying view days you can feel like being at home. From the beginning you feel very safe and looked after. Everything was perfect including breakfast (big choice and all very tasty). The hotel is spotless so clean and fresh. What I like the most is the location - you are near everyting including the best shops and restaurants also the most fancy ones. At the same time as the hotel is located in the quiet street you can really rest and relax or come back to the hotel for a rest during a day. It was a good choice :-)

The breakfast as a lovely continental with additional options from their menu. Order the fresh squeezed orange juice from their ala carte menu. It was a special treat!

There is honestly nothing. I'm not sure I've ever enjoyed my stay somewhere as much as at TB Place Roma. Great hotel and even better staff. I really hope the company knows what treasures they have in Stella and Belen - we can't wait to see them again on our next stay!

We had 2 double rooms. Both were beautifully decorated, generously sized, extremely clean comfortable rooms. Loved the universal chargers beside the beds and the bathrooms again were large with a good selection of products. Coffee and tea facilities in the room and a well stocked mini bar. I have to mention the staff at the hotel who were exceptional. From helping prior to arrival to recommending multiple different great restaurants and helping book taxis. I read a negative review before we came but every single person we encountered was lovely and extremely helpful, from reception to breakfast (also great selection) to the roof top bar. Wonderful stay. Thank you
