I absolutely loved the experience of being able to come and go freely, as we are very private people. Every day of our stay we can home to a spotless suite. Beds made and fresh towels each day. Free coffees and tea for the room. The added bonus if required a hidden feature of being able to cook for yourself. The suite itself was more than enough fir the two of us. The bed wow has to be hands down the best I've ever slept in. ( now in fact upgrading my own at home) Within a few steps you are in the most beautiful square with the bonus of exclusive shopping including luis vitton. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I have never left a review in my life for anywhere we have stayed, or even contemplated returning. But i will be definitely returning to rome and if available would be returning here. I must point out i did read some bad reviews but upon returning from here i honestly do not know how a fault can be found.

The location was perfect; a couple minutes to la Piazza di Spagna on the one side and la Piazza del Popolo on the other side, located on a very elegant street, however you should note that this is a remote extension of the Naman Hotel only five rooms next to each other on a floor in an old palazzo. The room was spacious, a suite. The staff who appeared to be on the facilities in the morning was very helpful young person.

The sitting part of the suite did not receive day light too much but the bed was a bit narrower. On the last two days wi-fi did not work properly, despite the fact that the personnel tried benevolently. To our surprise Naman paid back 20% of the total bill which came as a gift or a token for our next first visit to Rome.

The property is in a wonderful location, close to a ton of spots but tucked away in a quiet street. Beautiful rooms, super cozy and honestly thought the entire guest house was just gorgeous.

I had reserved our stay months in advance and had requested early check-in/late check-out. I was told then that early check-in wouldn’t be possible but that late check out could be arranged upon arrival. When we arrived we were immediately told this could and would not be allowed. Additionally on our last morning house keeping. Was knocking on the door asking us when we were leaving ( they were knocking at 9:30am! ). Just kind of put a bit of a spot on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Loved our stay at Naman Hotellerie Margutta! We had a self check in with a secure code which made for a very smooth and flexible arrival. The room was stylish and immaculately clean. It’s in the most beautiful street in Rome and in an excellent location within walking distance to many key attractions including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. I loved the water from the local street fountain - it was a nice touch.

Nothing, it was great! I was a little unclear what the breakfast situation was as there was a menu in the room but wasn’t sure where to go or how to order?

This place is awesome. The location is perfect, the building is very clean and well maintained, the room was unique and functional, the staff communicated with me via what's app which was super convenient, the wifi was fast, the AC worked great, and the bed was big and comfy. I would stay here again for sure :) Thanks for a great trip!

A bit expensive, but worth it if you can afford it. And the room was quite small but we knew this going into it.

Location is perfect!! Very nice quiet street, far from the tourist crowded parts of the city but 2 blocks away from all stores and nice coffee shop. I found it very centric near to main attractions of Rome. The room was great, very nice decoration, cleanliness and view. I would definetly come back.

Only thing that would make me give 10/10 to the property is that staff is not present on site. Two times we had to meet with staff to pay city tax and consumption and staff was late (30 min) and second time never arrived. However, comunication via whatsapp was very fluid.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a view to a small quite street. All the main sightseeing were in a walking distance, also there were plenty of restaurants and bars near by. The only thing you should be aware of is the tiny lift in the building, hardly enough for 1 person, therefore we were mainly using the stairs, which was no problem for us. I believe the property is not suitable for those, who by some reason is not able to use the stairs.

Lack of hooks for the clothes or towels in the shower area.

The property’s location is really good. It’s close to spanish steps. It was clean and neat. They offer a bottle of water together with a bottle of wine. There is free wifi which works perfectly.

It is not a single facility in its own building. It is located on a floor of a random building. It does not have a hotel concept. It is more like an airbnb. The elevator is tiny as it is very old.

Wonderful location, close to the metro, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Charming and comfortable hotel, making it a perfect retreat after sightseeing. Recommended to family who stayed here a few weeks later and loved it too. Highly recommended was a fantastic start to our holiday.

Cleanliness and helpfulness of all staff. Staff were particularly good. Looked after baggage while on 3 day journey to Salerno but charged for custody (€10 /day). In similar previous circumstances I have not been charged (even though this is modest storage charge, viewed in context of room price it could generously been waived).
