Lia and Giovanni were always available for any situation that acured. Gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and cute streets to go to. Location is amazing and close to all the attractions. The room was great and cleaned daily include towels change etc. We will sure return the next time in Rome

The room was located on the first floor with only staircase, so due to our two big suitcases and trolleys, it was a bit complicated. Nevertheless the staff helped us to bring it upstairs (thanks so much Lia and Giovanni)!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome surrounded by tourist areas. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a solo traveler with room for at least one more.

Sometimes the automatic lock to the street would not open after entering the code. Fortunately, it happened at a time when another resident was inside and they were able to open it, but improving that lock would make things even better.

Location was fabulous, just up the road from the Spanish Steps. Near lots of shops and restaurants and most attractions are within walking distance. ‘Spanish feel’ spacious room (106), very clean with plenty of water/juices replenished daily. Loved the balcony overlooking a quiet side road. Worth paying for a private airport pickup which they organised and dropped us off directly outside. (Not sure we would have found it on our own) No complaints about anything. Would stay here again.

With regard to previous comments, this is not a swanky hotel but serviced rooms right in the heart of the action, which suited us as there were plenty of places for breakfast etc, in your own time. Be aware that reception is not open all day but you’re provided with contact details if you need anything. Furniture a little dated. Otherwise all good.

Fantastic location, large room with a very comfortable bed. Storage space for all of our luggage, plenty of towels and powerful a/c. All amenities provided - mini fridge stocked with complimentary water, juice and wafers; iron + board; in-room safe; toiletries. Cute decor in a Venetian-style.

You need to walk a flight of stairs to access the rooms but Lia was amazing and helped us up with our full luggage. The room had a small wall tack that was exposed and caught my dress as I walked by which resulted in a small tear.

location was great! and the room was clean and tidy!

we hadn’t receive a code to enter before arriving so we had to call and wait for at least 10 minutes outside of the front door. the reception was not available all the time so we had to wait and call again to call us a taxi etc. finally there was no light at the indoor stairs which made difficult our way up to the room at night

Great location, can’t think of better one. The balcony was big and faced Via Margutta side, which is one of the prettiest streets in Rome. The apartment itself is good, had all the amenities, beds were fine, check-in went smoothly thanks to Diana) Overall great experience. Will definitely return!!

Great location, 5 mins from Piazza di Spagna.Spacious room and interesting decoration.The host, Marco was easy to communicate with and was kind to arrange transport to the airport for our check out.

There was no real window in the room,so it was very dark during the day and although it's not something the owners can change,it is a big minus,considering the daily rate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and kept the mini fridge stocked with goodies! made the stay really enjoyable and the location was incredible literally a minutes walk from piazza del popolo it was very central.

loved everything but be aware there is a city charge you have to pay €5 per person per night, this was no trouble as the hotel informed us of this.

The daily cleaning and refill of the fridge was great. They gave us water, juice, coffee, and snacks. I also appreciated all the shampoo and conditioner, which is much needed for a group of women with long hair. The hotel arranged for a pick up from the airport. The driver was great and the car was nice and spacious. Overall a great stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. And the room was cleaned carefully everyday.

A lot of noise from pigeons and seagulls outside the building. The bathroom was quite small and a little mold in the shower cabin (but the general daily cleang of the room was good)
