The apartment is very big and clean. The receptionist staff that helped us in the check in is very polite and gave us a warm welcome. Location and neighbourhood is nice and safe and not noisy at night. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Walking distance to tourist spots and we even walked to the Vatican and Colosseum from our apartment. (About 30 minutes east walk).

If the kitchen provides basic items like salt, pepper, oil, washing powder or balls like the one stayed in portugal has, that would be great.

Great Stay with All the Comforts of Home! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment during our trip. The place was clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was a fully stocked with all the essentials and more. The attention to detail in every room made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. From the cozy living space to the well-appointed bedrooms, everything was thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing stay. The location was also great, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The air conditioning could have been better…

The location!! Haute Couture shopping is just around the corner and within 1/2 mile of your apartment you’ll find Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior & more. The Spanish steps are within 1/2 mile and the Trevi fountain is about a mile away. Other famous sites such as the Borghese gardens, as well as the Roma Termini train station are within 3-5 miles (15-20 minutes by taxi because of all the traffic) The property is in an upscale area, yet you can walk.25 mile away and eat at Mc Donalds or other more casual restaurants. Babette’s on the ground floor is a great restaurant for a fine dining option

One of the bedrooms is handicap accessible. This is great however, this makes showering a hot mess. Therefore, all 5 adults used the other bathroom to shower. We stayed in July and the temperatures reached the mid 90’s. Therefore, air conditioning was a must have for our family. One of the rooms had the AC Unit located behind the drapes so it didn’t allow the room to cool down. At BEST, the room was 78• which made it difficult for me to sleep Beware, the washer & dryer is one unit. Clearly it could be user error, but we were unable to sufficiently dry our clothes.

We arrived in Rome early in the morning and were able to drop off our bags at this property, which was so helpful with two little kids in tow. Our apartment was also ready early, which again was so appreciated after a long day/night of travel. Great, friendly service! We loved the location. We found it extremely convenient and walkable. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are easy walks, but we also walked to the Colosseum with no problem. Bonus, the restaurant in the courtyard is excellent! Perhaps one of our best meals in Rome. The apartment itself was spacious. We loved the big windows. Having laundry was also a big bonus!

Nice friendly staff; great location; quiet room; comfortable bed and a new sofa bed. Washer dryer was very useful.

All toiletries very rationed. Not enough toilet rolls (we were advised to buy extra, which we did), no kitchen rolls, very little soap, maximum 6 espresso pods for 6 night stay. Also, we would appreciate at least one complimentary cleaning every 2-3 days.

2’ from Popolo square and a safe neighbourhood. Modern furniture. Clean. Elevator. Easy check in. I could easily bought the apartment as an investment in Rome

The only problem was that they didn’t book the transfer from the airport to the house and we were waiting to book ourselves an Uber :( and I asked 2 times if it was confirmed for us… very disappointing

Wonderful location, in the vicinity of shopping district, close by to rome attractions. The unit was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It felt safe with multiple security access/doors.

Its in ZTL zone so to get to the property guests have to either take the airport transport or the train/metro. But taking metro would be challenging to drag your luggage on the stone slabs surface especially if they're heavy or bulky. The nearest metro is about 500m away. They gave me only 3 nespresso coffee pods for my 3 days stay there.

It felt like I am in a hotel. Everything was clean and well equipped. The location is fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.

All was perfect. There is nothing that I have not liked. They have also booked me the car to the taxi. And recommended places to visit and restaurants.

The location was great. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and experience. Large bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We should have asked for verbal instructions and practice on the use of the clothes washer and dryer when were given an apartment tour. The written instuctions were followed but did not work. We were away during the day and only after working hours did we discover this issue. We were in Rome: fireworks, late evening revelors, and 2 to 4 am trash pick up and street cleaners were notable. Not complaining, just a heads up to future renters about what to expect in a vibrant, exciting city.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here. That speaks volumes as to why I return. Helpful staff, clean, location and facilities all excellent. No matter the season the apt caterers for all Close to excellent restaurants and supermarket. A few more cooking utensils would be welcome, such as tongs and wine glasses.

Having to leave!! We only stayed 6 nights this time- not as long as usual.
