The breakfast was good. The pastries were tasty. Not too much food to choose from but just enough to have a typical Italian breakfast. The location is also very good, close to the Termini station where you get all kinds of transport.

I was in a room next to the reception, 702 (literally next to the reception) and the internet didn’t work in our room at all during our stay. We were connected but it didn’t work at all. One of the receptionists said it might be because of the rain but it didn’t work even when there was no rain. From the minute that we arrived until we left the hotel- no wifi in the room, only at the reception and in the breakfast lounge on the fourth floor. So that was a bad side to the hotel and a disappointment because nothing was done to fix the problem.

It is centrally located. It was easy to walk from Termini and you could walk to Colosseum. Loved its location. I thought the staff were wonderful. I also enjoyed a few of the local cafes round the corner. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised. I had read the reviews on booking.com, which were not generally positive, and had been a bit skeptical. However, if you go in expecting the Ritz you will be disappointed. However, I was delighted with the stay.

A warm welcome at reception. We had a pleasant 7-day stay. It was very clean and had good room service. I highly recommend it, as it's not far from the metro station and even Termini. One drawback is that access to the terrace is closed during the day and at night. Thank you to the entire reception team, we'll be back next year.

I had to ask the lady in the reception in the morning time 2 days in a row to give me shower gel as our was empty when we arrived to our room the first day. She said she was going to tell the cleaning lady and she didn’t I asked her the second day and still did not provide us with the shower gel. Until a lovely lady in the afternoon went her way to give it to us.

Hotel center 1 was really good even better than photos, my friend stayed at hotel center 3 at i visited it him it looked really bad, thought it would be the same but it was so much better

not allowing me to book a room with a friend saying it was a single room when clearly it could fit 2 people with a huge bed.

For students touring Rome, the room was perfect and had everything needed to restore our energy. The added breakfast where very good for having a simple meal before leaving for the city.

From what we observed while driving to the hotel on the bus, I wouldn’t recommend wandering near the train station at night.

The location is convenient, close to the central station. The room and the toilet were clean and everything was functioning well. The staff is super nice. Good choice for budget travellers.

The facilities are generally old and the nearby trainline is so noisy, but that's not a dealbreaker.

The room we were first offered was small and a bit stuffy - not much airflow but when we asked for another option we’re given a much nicer room with better light and much better ventilation.

The room was very nice. Metro and tram stations are nearby, as well as restaurants and shops.

The breakfast could use more types of foods. The pastrys were nice but we would have loved to see some eggs more types of ham (not just one). The showers are really small.

Very wellcoming people at the reception, always ready to help. Good location, well connected to the city center and comfortable bed.

The only downside is that the AC wasn't alywas working and the fan provided was full of dust. The rest of the room was very clean.
