A very lovely, clean, light and airy building, very cool inside which was a blessing coming in from 38 degree heat! Lovely clean smell as we came into the building and our room, and very nice decor, all in great condition. Comfy mattress and pillow gave us good nights sleep. Very quiet area. We felt very safe here. The free coffee machine was a lovely touch with good coffee. The staff here are exceptional. All very welcoming, Ali and Andrea could not have been more helpful. They spent time recommending places for us, which we visited and were so happy with. Free map of Rome provided by the hotel was so useful too. We very much look forward to visiting again. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was very convenient to check in and check out or communicate in case of any additional needs. Free little breakfast every morning was lovely! The location overall is also nice, the hotel is not very far from the colosseum - additionally, there are many bus stops and a metro station nearby; it is also close to the Termini railway station. There are some restaurants in the area that are worth giving a try, too.

The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower stall.

I will start from the host Andrea - an incredibly nice man, very professional, helpful and hospitable. We have already visited some hotels in our lives, but this man really made an exceptional impression on us. Well informed, you can count on recommendations and help with ordering a cab. As for the hotel itself - the location is at least good, to the subway stop less than 10 minutes, to the Colloseum 20 minutes on foot. For guests available free coffee, water and snacks in the morning. On the roof quite a large terrace, available 24 hours. Rooms clean albeit small, but equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator and even a safe. Admittedly, they need refreshing, but the hotel is in the process of renovation work, so I assume this will be done soon. For a short city break the hotel is a good choice.

Staff were excellent, always available via WhatsApp if not at reception. Best coffee we've ever had out of an automatic machine. Lovely terrace, good views of the quaint, quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed, great shower. Walking distance to Termini, Central Market (great selection of food artisans), the Colosseum and other historical sites. Though we had a small issue our first night, with the smaller economy room-- this was rectified far, far above and beyond our expectations. Extra thanks to the team, for their personalized touches and professional manerisms.

The hotel is in a good location, close to metro and bus stations. Is basic, but what is needed if the plan is tonknow the city. Bed was comfortable, we asked for pillows and extra blankets. Hot beverages were free (great during the winter). Attention on the reception and the WhatsApp personnel was good. Croissants, pie and toast we’re available during breakfast.

The cabin where the shower was is small, even for an average size person. No place to put shampoo or soap. Odor extractor was noisy.

Location was great for us. Metro station 5 minutes away, Colosseum 20 minutes. We walked everywhere because it's not that far from other major sights ih Rome. The room was clean, comfy bed, airconditioning worked great, breakfast was very good and online check in is also a big plus.

Room and bathroom were a bit small, but enough for us two. Bathroom is also a bit outdated.

Cute little hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was easy to communicate. We loved the fresh croissants they served for breakfast. We could check in earlier in the morning. Metro and bus access nearby.

The room was really small and not well sound isolated. Sometimes the bathroom smelled bad. Don't walk to the termini station late in the night.

We had a very nice stay and the staff was exceptional! We arrived early and they did all they could to accommodate us. The entire staff deserves a round of applause but the cleaning staff deserves a standing ovation!

The hotel is a bit out of the way, so you will need a taxi or bus if you aren't up to walking. The staff will happily assist with either. There are a couple flights of stairs to trek. I traveled with my mom and it was a bit much for her, however the staff carried all our bags and even gave her a chair to rest on when she got to the stair landing. Everyone was so nice!

The rooms are small, but very clean. the staff is very friendly. Coffee is free from the machine all day, and for breakfast they serve wonderful pastries for free. That is a high praise for the hotel. The hotel is near the metro station and a 20-minute walk from the colosseum.

the room and bathroom were very clean! I loved the bottle of water and crisps on the table, a very nice little detailed, very appreciated. The shower pressure was perfect and the room had everything I needed.

nothing really, I was very happy with my room. The space as well was enough for me to go around and the bed was comfy. I also liked that I got to use an extra blanket at night.
