A lovely little hotel located close to the central station (about 15 min walk) and 5-minutes away from Manzoni metro station. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket in the area. The hotel is located on a small and quiet street. The bedroom and bathroom were updated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The wifi was quite good as well. The staff was very friendly and caring. The check-in process was easy and could be done online. The hotel even provided a little breakfast and coffee for free as a thank you. I would definitely recommend it if you're coming to Rome.

The apartment was perfect for us. It is small but cozy. The terrace is lovely! We appreciated the breakfast and coffee in the morning. Andrea, who checked us in at the nearby Hotel Infinity, could not have been more gracious and helpful, providing travel tips for our stay and our stays in other cities in Iraly. This was much appreciated as I'm sure that Italians can be irritated by all the tourists sometimes. This is a good location, and you can easily get to the major sites via subway or a nice walk. When we had to leave and go to Naples, we really missed our stay here! We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely helpful amd friendly towards our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable to stay in, served our stay well however the AC unit was not working, making it quite humid during the night time, although that did not effect our stay. A good mention was the additional morning breakfast that we enjoyed daily. The location of the hotel itself was very ideal in a quiet location, 5 min walk to the metro and 15 to the Colloseum which was ideal for us. The check in/out process was smooth and handled quickly.

The room was very lovely. It was small but we got everything we need. The terrace was AMAZING I couldn’t believe my eyes when I first saw it. Me and my boyfriend was really happy with it. We were also very happy that the room got cleaned everyday so after a long day of travelling, we came back with a clean room. The host, staff was very also very kind and helpful. My boyfriend was getting sick because of the weather and not used to air conditioning everywhere, so we asked the host to make it less cold and it was fixed within mins. The location is also great in terms of travelling to other cities and to the airport. Tourists attractions are mostly within 2-3-4-5 km from the hotel, so take that what you will!

I guess the only thing we didn’t like is the free breakfast as we don’t like sweet stuff much (breakfast was mainly sweet pastries). We didn’t pay for it so we’re not complaining but yeah we got breakfast ourselves for the whole stay. Free coffee is very nice though!

Super clean room with a fridge! Cozy and sweet. I had a great rest there. Helpful online staff, supermarket nearby. As a nice surprise - breakfast was included (coffee and simple snacks, croissants). There is a cosy terrace as well to sit outside. For 38 euros - it was a great choice of a single room👌

A little bit far to the very centre (40 min walk to the Trevi fountain, for example), 15 min walk to Termini station. There is a subway station 2 min away, though. But again for such price - it’s a very good choice! I would stay there again.

This hotel exceeded expectations! Staff are well trained in customer service and excellent in their communication! I met the manager of the chain of their property and he was warm, kind, courteous and caring ! You could easily tell how they are focussed in giving their guest a wonderful experience! The cleaner staff I came into interaction with were nice and helpful and prioritized to help me to easily and quickly transition into another room as I had a change in rooms according to my bookings! Overall I felt lucky to stay here as it is often sold out and unavailable to book especially for the unbeatable price by rome standards! You’re given way more value than what you pay! The secured locker feature was a plus point offering more convenience and flexibility! Complimentary Italian dolce / continental light breakfast with various types of coffee was a nice gesture!

Access to the hotel is flexible, door code that helped me check in late and check out early which served me a lot. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise that I didn't expect with croissants, toasts with jam and coffees, juices, water. A very neat and aesthetically pleasing space. It had a vending machine so you have access to water and snacks at any time which I really appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. The location was pleasant as a solo traveler I didn't feel uncomfortable. I was able to find any store I needed close to the area within walking distance.

The soundproofing wasn't very good so I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms and from the common corridor.

A clean apartment with pleasant beds and a plethora of comfortable pillows (very rare in my opinion). Check-in happens automatically through a text on your phone and if assistance is needed there is 24/7 help desk on Whats App. Cleaning service available. 5 minutes walk to the closest bus station ( bus 51 or 71) that take you closest to the city’s attractions or the metro (which doesnt offer many options to be honest). Also, very friendly reception with luggage storage units after you check out. ( Huge plus that they offer breakast even if you dont have it included in your booking). Clean shower with towels provided upon arrival,mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower caps and soap and warm water 24/7.

The toilet paper not the greatest but nothing a little run to the shop (2-3mins away) couldn’t solve 😊

During our recent family trip, we stayed at Hotel España for two days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, there was some confusion regarding the city tax which will be paid extra during our stay as mentioned in booking.com. Nevertheless, the hotel staff handled the situation professionally, and after some discussion, they agreed to honor the original price we were quoted in booking.com.We appreciated their understanding and effort to resolve the issue. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for our family of 4 and was generally clean and comfortable with mini fridge. Breakfast was not included when we booked the place but they offered free during our stay.But dont expect too much for breakfast .Italian breakfast usually consists of Cornetto and coffee. Location is good,6mins walk to metro and Colloseum is just 20mins walk. The hotel's location, accommodating staff, and comfortable room made it a decent choice for our family trip.

we had a beautiful terrace, the bed was very comfy. we got a free upgrade to this room with terrace. breakfast was given even if not included in reservation, which was very mich appreciated. staff was friendly and helpful. check in easy. location was amazing and super calm. shower wasnt most comfortable, the water was slow to run down but not a big problem. this specific room would not be easy for older people or for the people who have issues moving as there were many steep stairs to access the top room. but i am sure if that would be the issue there are easier accesable rooms! overall very good and i would stay again.
