Location is good - 20 minute walk to the Colosseum Metro station is 1.5/2 blocks away Quiet street Rooftop terrace was great, especially as it got dark and cooler (we grabbed pizza one night at a nearby pizza place and had pizza and wine up there) Elevator in building (small one) Staff were friendly and very helpful Breakfast is a small, continental style (ie. baked goods, coffee, tea, milk, juice, cheese, meat, buns, cereal, fresh fruits etc) and it was delicious. Air conditioning throughout building Room keys are kept at the front desk so you don't have to worry about losing it while out exploring the city. Has a safe, mini fridge and small tv Some great restaurants in the area - recommend RomAntica and Marco G Osteria (both walking distance from the hotel)

Bathroom shower leaked - lip on the floor to keep the water in didn't seem high enough. Wifi doesn't work very well on rooftop terrace, but that didn't bother us very much

Breakfast was minimal, but also standart breakfast for Italy. Good coffee and croissants.

Only need to mention that city tax should be paid in cash.

Quiet residential location but only 7 mins walk to Metro. Several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Continental style breakfast served from 08:00-10:00 was adequate but a limited choice. No gym, bar, or pool at hotel but reception can arrange soft drinks, beer, or wine. Room, although small, with a shower room and a balcony was satisfactory but €158 per night for 5 nights for two of us, including breakfast, was quite expensive. I have travelled to Rome on several occasions and have found better value, with more facilties and amenities elsewhere.

The hotel is situated near a metro station and several bus stops, and there is a supermarket close by. The hotel premises are exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff are super nice and friendly. Our room had a fridge, which is always handy when traveling, and a small balcony. Breakfast was fine and the food was fresh every day. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and the service was consistently good.

I don't have any negatives about our stay.

I really liked the breakfast. The room was very clean and the room was a nice size.

I didn't like the shower I am 6ft2in and the shower I could barely fit in. The location was a bit far from the main attractions of Rome. There weren't very many restaurants in the area to eat at. The bed was very uncomfortable it took me hours to fall asleep.

The breakfast was fresh and served in a very nice common area! They had boiled eggs, pastries, delicious pineapple juice, yogurt, sandwiches etc. The balcony in our room was also very cool, along with the rooftop. We were able to leave the keys with someone in the front desk and there was always someone to receive us.

I did not like that the VAT was charged in person upon arrival IN CASH when it was not advertised or told beforehand- so beware. Also, they had committed to reserving airport shuttle for us but waited until last minute to tell us that they were unable to and were not responsive of their booking.com messages or their emails. There were also ants crawling in our tub 2 days in a row even though we did not have any food or sweet things in the bathroom... The area also has some graffiti.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was able to play the piano in the dining room. The hotel was within walking distance of the coloseum and the metro was close and we were able to catch a train to the Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain , the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.

The graffiti and untidy streets didn't leave a good impression.

Situated literally 5 minutes from the Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes walk from Termini station, this cute hotel has everything you need for your stay in Rome! Very very friendly staff, room cleaning every single day, didn’t smell funky, had small amenities in the bathroom, a small space heater in the room and it was quiet at night which is important for me personally ☺️.

The only thing that maybe they could work on is a wi-fi connection which was barely working in our room on the first floor. It only worked while standing next to the window or door all the time.

The location could not be more perfect! There is a metro station and bus stop very close to the hotel making it extremely easy to visit all of the attractions at any point of the day. The location is quiet and safe with plenty of little spots to grab coffee and snacks. Our room was very comfortable and clean with amazing air conditioning, we even had a cute little balcony over looking the street. The beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was great, it is a continental breakfast so don't expect the works, but there is more than enough variation and everything is very fresh. I highly recommend this spot and I will 100% stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

Honestly there was nothing about this hotel to complain about. It was charming, clean, convenient location with friendly and helpful staff.

Room was always clean and the bathroom as well. There was a big closet where we had our luggages comfortable. The room was warm so we never needed to switch on the aircondition. Staff was really polite, helpfull and pleasant. Breakfast was decent with many options to choose.

Room and bathroom werent comfortable enough but it didnt bother us.
