It was a very small but lovely hotel, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, even helping out with daily activities!! Especially for the price we really enjoyed our stay. There was a water cooker, water and fruits (the fridge does nothing, but we didn’t need one so it was no big deal). The shower was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The only downside is the location. It is extremely sketchy as soon as the sun goes down. But since there is public transportation 2 min from the place it was fine, we were out late and it was no problem. Just never walk a long distance in the night or evening, it is extremely unsafe!!

The room was fantastic and had all of the amenities required. Spacious, clean and had lots of nice extras such as a small fridge, air con, a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a table and chairs. The room was easy to find and access, clear instructions to get in. The host couldn’t do more to help and we really appreciated this. The picture on the ceiling of the room is also very fitting and gave an authentic feel which was magical.
On arrival the rainfall shower head was cracked and unusable, however we let the host know and within the hour they came and replaced the head. Thank you so much!! There are a lot of pick pocket gangs in Rome and we saw them multiple times down in the metro, be careful walking from termini but this will be the case for any hotel you choose in Rome.

I love its proximity to the train station and that the commute going to the center is easy. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff was nice and Andrea was very helpful and even gave us an Easter egg gift which was very cute. Good stay for three days. They also provide a kettle for water heating and a fridge. No microwave but it wasn’t a problem. They gave free samples of coffee and various teas to choose from plus free water bottle.
For the room we stayed at, the overhead shower needs some fixing because the water goes everywhere. The toilet’s water splashes up when you flush it so I would suggest closing before flushing though the water splashes on the seats too. They do not clean everyday but we didn’t have problems with it since we keep our things as tidy as we can.

Had the best time in Rome and the best stay here! Room was clean, chic and comfy. Staff were very helpful as well. Lots of restos and groceries nearby. Only thing was about Rome's public transpo, buses-tram-train were not well connected, depends on where you're going then you may need to walk a bit from the hotel via train, but the others are accessible.
Not about the hotel stay but about Rome's public transpo, buses-tram-train were not well connected, depends on where you're going then you may need to walk a bit from the hotel via train, but the others nearby.

We stayed for 4 nights for a city break away and the apartment was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was always a point of contact if anything additional was needed, although the apartment and lobby had more than everything we needed. Location was fab with only a 20 minute walk to the colleseum, and a 5 minute walk to a metro station to connect you to Trevi Fountain or The Vatican. Lovely restaurants nearby, would definitely recommend Gjon and Trattoria Vecchia Roma!

We got a water bottle and some fruit as we arrived and the staff was friendly (helped with any problems and booking a taxi). The air conditioning worked well and we stayed cool.
I would have liked at least one sheet/towel change during our five day visit. But it was alright. Our kettle didn't work but the staff changed it and all was good. The noise from the corridor can be heard clearly, but there was no problems during the night at all. I think the sink and the bath tub might have been clogged a little - but again, small things and not much compared to the nice stay!

The room was beautiful with nice pop art decoration, as soon as we arrived we found water and fruits. The communication with the owner was by email, not very clear, however the self check-in was relatively easy and we found the house quickly. In the 3 days we stayed we did not meet any staff nor did we have any cleaning. The Metro station is a 5-minute walk away and near the house about 200 meters there is a night bus stop that goes through the city center. The room was spacious and the bathroom in good condition. The bed is comfortable with good mattress and pillows. There is also a mini fridge in the room, but without a freezer. In the shared kitchen there is a large fridge. After check-out we left our bags in the apartment for 2 hours. In general, it is a value for money room and I think that next year we will come back...
The apartment building is quiet but the street below the house is noisy from early in the morning as trams and many cars pass by. We didn't mind this because we fell asleep immediately from fatigue.

The design of the room is very interesting and modern. There were old paintings on the ceiling, which gave the room a special atmosphere. The room also had an electric kettle, coffee cups, wine glasses. Mattress on the bed is comfortable for sleeping. There is a small coffee machine in the lobby. The location is very good, any historical point can be reached on foot. 50 metres away there is a supermarket with groceries and a tram and bus stop. The hotel provided large umbrellas when it rained. It was very pleasant.
At night, with the window open, there's a bit of noise from passing cars.

The room was tidy, quite spacious and the bath was next to the bed, but it didn't matter. The big minus - there was no door in the toilet (or at least we didn't find one :D). The windows faced the courtyard (at least in room 5), so it wasn't noisy. We reached the coliseum in ~25min on foot. Also, one evening there was no water for about 1-1,5h, but I think that's normal as it's an apartment with different rooms and the water just ran out :) All in all, we were happy with our choice, good value for money.

The host Andrea was very helpful sharing a whole list of recommendations on food, drinks and sightseeing, everything we tried from the list was excellent. The room was clean and nicely decorated, there were some free snacks, water, tea and coffee, we were allowed to leave our suitcase at the property before check-in time. It’s a good win for this price.
We stayed in the smallest room with my friend and it turned to be that the wall in between a bathroom and a bedroom is transparent to the level that you can see other person taking a shower or using a toilet, so the privacy component is a bit missing. Also keep in mind that even though I have no complains about overall location, the way from the central station to the hotel is not very safe, especially if you consider a late arrival.
