The basement level room was very charming, clean and in a quite neighborhood. The breakfast was extremely wonderful with eggs, fruit, yogurt, breakfast sandwich, toast, and cornetto. Our host was super kind. Even though it is a little out of the way of tourist locations, metro (bus, subway, local train) was very close and easy to use. We bought a 48 hr pass at the local metro station, which was super handy. There is a great supermarket several blocks away.

We loved everything. Even though it was a basement unit with a small little window, it was super quiet and comfortable.

This DoubleB is a 7-minute walk from the Manzoni MRT station, supermarkets and restaurants, but it is located in a residential area, very quiet and safe, with a police station nearby. Most importantly, the housekeeper Tako is very good and considerate, preparing a delicious breakfast at 8:30 every day, and cleaning the room attentively. Every day the room is very clean, and he also prepares breakfast for us the day before when we have to catch a flight. It's really great.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Extremely helpful lady at the reception, very good home-made breakfast. Overall, when I finally managed to get into the property, everything was excellent. Porta Maggiore within a 10-minute walk, quiet street.

Check-in was a bit difficult. Firstly, they needed to send photos of my ID via WhatsApp. Then, when I arrived at the location, no-one answered the bell, I did not have any codes and also the WhatsApp number did not answer. Finally I had to call a phone number written on the wall to contact the person in the appartement who told me the code.

I stayed here with my kids for a week. I liked the central location, but on a very quiet side street. It was very cozy in this small b&b. The owner Giorgia was constantly available to answer my questions via Whatsapp. Mary was very helpful and prepared very tasty breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this place for short stays.

The hotel is at the ground floor.The only downside of this was the lack of daylight in the room, as the window was small.

Room was clean, has everything you need. You can book a breakfast with the property owner via Whatsapp or directly with amazing manager girl in the morning. If you need any help, you can ask manager girl in the morning, she will help and answer your questions. It was easy to find with clear instructions how to enter and where to find your keys.

For someone lack of windows can be a problem, but for us it was fine. Because we walked all day and just coming back to sleep/rest.

We had an excellent stay in doubleB, while enyoing its great location and hospitality. Everything was great and we must say that SURJA (staff girl) was extraordinary helpful, professional and kind. However we must say that matresses are cery ubcomfortable and soft but its nothing bad comparing to allaround great stay!! Highly recommended

As most of guess says, it's very clean, everyday theres routine of cleaning and fresh towel given, Valerio is very helpful and easy to communicate, salute to Sonia as she very patient and helpful. Location is great, last day we found a near Chinese restaurant making good and very affordable food. Place is quiet and near to police station I guess, as we always police car, park outside. 100% recommended.

I suggest for breakfast timing should be more early like 7a.m. cause most guess is bussy with activities so need to eat before heading off. Maybe a set a buffet according to the menu schedule.

Breakfast was good, fresh and with variety, air conditioning in the bedroom, responsiveness of staff and friendliness, size of the room, changed bed linen every day, automatic checkin.

The bathroom was leaking water and we were literally flooded the first day (but after telling the staff, the next day the problem was solved). The location is close to the metro (3 minutes walk) but a bit far from the sights to walk to and also you would have to cross the area near Termini station which is not the best area to walk in Rome. The doors are a bit difficult to open.

Everything was excellent. Amazing and welcoming staff. The room was very clean. And the location was easy access to all the attractions. Myself and my partner were both quite happy about it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good place at an affordable price.
