Excellent Location and Top-Notch Service! I stayed at Hotel 2 from November 26–29 and Hotel 1 from November 29–30. Both hotels are in a very convenient location, approximately 2 km from the Main Railway Station. The properties are clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. During my move from Hotel 2 to Hotel 1, I accidentally left an item in my room. I initially thought the cleaning staff might have discarded it, but to my surprise, a young lady named Gemma from Hotel 2 had kept it for me. To my astonishment, she personally delivered the lost item to me at my new hotel. I want to express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff for maintaining such a high standard of service. A special thanks to Gemma from the reception team for her patience, understanding, and professionalism in resolving the situation. She handled everything with a positive attitude and a warm smile—something increasingly rare in the service industry today. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at both hotels, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

It is very accessible, it’s near to the metro and bus stations. The staff are very accommodating. We had a problem with our toilet and the staff responded immediately. He gave us a new room which we appreciate very much. It was the room next door that’s why it wasn’t really a big deal, for as long as we have a functioning toilet.

There is no internet connection in the 3rd floor.

The stay met expectations, can't say anything bad about the hotel, room, staff. The staff were very helpful, especially one girl from reception. Everyone was lovely. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Enjoyable stay for the price you pay!!!

Location away from centre. You don't have a remote control for air conditioning. You have to inform reception if you want it working or switched off. WiFi only works in reception/ buffet area. No WiFi in your room.

Excellent! I do not know why people expect a 3 star hotel to be as 5 start hotel. I read so many bad reviews for this place. Our stay was excellent. Staff was super friendly, comfortable bed, fresh towel every day, quiet, tasty breakfast , great location and reasonable price. I cannot say a bad word for it and I would stay there again. For people coming with the train its very convenient. The rooms were very clean. Beds were tidy. Although some reviews said the A/C turned off, it never happened to us. The A/C was completely fine. Bathrooms were clean as well. And the most important thing was the staff. They were excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much

Localisation is perfect - not so far from the Termini train station. Right next to the hotel there is a bunch of stops served by buses, tram and Roma - Giardinetti train. The last one is the fastest way to get to Termini. Personnel is very polite and rooms are clean.

Breakfasts are good, but there are only small variety of products to eat.

The staff was so good at her service, treated like us from their family thanks especially to EmmaWow, the staff went above and beyond! They were so friendly and welcoming, it felt like we were part of the family. A huge shoutout to Emma for the exceptional service. We had an amazing time thanks to the team! Highly recommend this place.

The hotel really matches the price= quality. The staff was very polite. The room was clean, with its own bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning, dressing table, refrigerator and even a safe. Cleaning was done every day. The location is not bad, there is a bus stop nearby, but it is also easy to walk to the center in 20 minutes.

The hotel was well located and although a little dated, was really comfortable.

We were provided a kettle in the room, but no cups or spoons? Or even glasses for water. Seems strange not to have any drinking implements in the rooms at all.

Great location next to Termini station. Comfortable and clean room. Very nice breakfast for 5 euro. Responsive and friendly reception staff. You can keep your luggage in the storage. Thanks to Gemma and reception ladies for accommodating us with smiles.
