We stayed for one night only as we moved on the day after. The staff was super nice and friendly, they pointed us to the places we should definitely visit and also provided a map for our convenience. The room was excellent, tidy, the bed was comfy. The hotel is near to one of the metro stations, and is also a 15 minutes walk away from the Colosseum so there are lots of options to discover the city from here.

It is not really the problem of the hotel but its surroundings. We dropped off at Rome Termini, and took a direct route on foot from there to the hotel via Google Maps (Via Giovanni Giolitti) - well, that neighborhood is one that I would not enter during the night. The streets were dirty, the pavement was in pretty bad condition so even though we had rolling luggage, it was a feat to get there. I'd recommend to go straight Via Napoleone III (there is a nice park there!) and continue to Via di Porta Maggiore, that is, the road of the Hotel.

The lobby and breakfast courtyard are so well decorated. From the marble to the mosaics floors, give the hotel a truly luxurious feel. The bathroom and shower are also incredibly large for the area. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline of the area which was fantastic.

The location is handy with trams, taxis and buses easily available. I can understand that some wouldn’t feel comfortable on the area as it has a lot of graffiti etc, however I think the juxtaposition of old and new art is part of what makes Rome the eternal city.

I am very happy with this hotel. Rooms are good for price. Air-conditioning is ok subtle but works. It's extremely hot now in July. Staff are all very friendly & helpful. Transport just outside the door. A few nice restaurants across the road one i had the best tasting pizza margarita ever in La Pecora Pazza. Breakfast here is basic and perfect, relaxing too.

I loved coming back here. I was here 8 years ago and it was the most memorable plave I stayed because their hospitality is amazing. We got an upgrade and the room has a mini patio which was great! The shower is amazing as is the size of the room. I also like that they look after our keys when we leave so we didn't have to drag them around Rome. Great local restraunts around and can walk to everything if you cant figure out the tram system. Metro nearby although closed when we stayed.

The hotel was really nice, especially the terrase; very clean too. Easy to get to and from it basically everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. But be careful if you're sensible to noises - the hotel is located in a very busy area with trams and buses, sleeping with windows open is impossible.

A good hotel for its price. The room matched the description on the website. Nice staff. Localization is good: we didn't have to use taxi or public transport services at all.

There was no internet connection in the room. And the hair dryer is not enough powerful if you have long hair.

No fee for the dog, thank you for that that’s why we chose you. Very nice hotel, beautiful room, especially bathroom and a small balcony. I don’t like this style for permanent living, but it was great to spend a few days and feel yourself like a Roman )))

Check-in. We came at night (about 00:30) and after 13 hours on the road we spent 30 min! at the reception, because the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation. We showed him reservation number on booking and he HAD TO give us the room and resolve this problem later, but he did it only after 30 minutes of waiting, so I couldn’t wake up on my birthday the next day. And it was weird to receive a call from reception when “Continental breakfast”, I think you should change the name of it to “croissant and coffee”.

The staff were always lovely and friendly, and the room suited our needs for our 2 night stay. The staff stored our bag for us prior to check in, and offered to store our bags after check out. Also very close to the train station.

The property check in and check out times provided on booking.com were incorrect. Check in was at 2pm and check out was at 11am, rather than the 12pm and 11:30am times we were provided. Thankfully, when we tried to check in at 12pm the staff were very accommodating and stored our bag for us free of charge.

My wife and I were there, we really liked it, great staff, will help with anything you need, room cleaning every day. The location is also good, cafes and restaurants are nearby, metro station is within walking distance.. Great place!
