The hotel is located near Termini railway station. This is the central part of the city, many interesting places will be within walking distance. We stayed in an orange room. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is in perfect order. Extremely convenient app that opens the door. Communication with the staff was great - all my questions were answered on time and without delay. A nice bonus is the common room with a coffee machine, croissants, yoghurts - everything you need for a light breakfast. The rooms are being cleaned.

You should realise that this is a railway station area. The streets in this neighbourhood are dirty but quite safe. Also, the room's windows face directly onto the railway track and the busy motorway. The windows muffle the noise, but with the windows open, the room will be very noisy. As we were staying for a few days and mostly walking around the city - this option suited us fine.

Very clean and accessable place. The room was big with a private toilet. The staff was very kind and available. Federico is the soul of the house. The breakfast is self-service with many options. The access to the infrastructure is easy and fast. When I will be back to Rome, I will probably go back there again.

Nice and clean rooms. Make sure that you get the link before coming! That was not my case but the host could manage to help me by phone.

Location which is super close to the train station is on the one hand positive but on the other hand also a negative point if you are travelling alone as a women.

The property was located very close to termini and the room was quite cozy, good value for money. No problems, the host was quick and easy to communicate with.

We landed after a 28 hour trip from Australia at 2200 hrs to only find out you needed internet to open both doors to the property. Having arrived so late we were unable to buy internet and had to ask strangers on the street to borrow their phones to check in. I also spoke to the owner who advised they wouldn’t be able to let us in without internet until the next day.
