We had a great stay here! What we liked the most was the free water bottles and snacks provided everyday. That was very considerate! The location is good. It is surrounded by good restaurants and pretty close to public transport. The hosts were very supportive. My husband and I had a great stay here and would definitely come back next time we are in Rome.

There was only one issue. To open the doors, you need to always have wifi or data on your phone. We couldn't open the doors twice because for some reason, we couldn't access the wifi networks or the data on our phone either. It seemed like there was an internet problem in the area that day. Luckily, someone who lived in the same building showed up with a key to open the door so we could finally get in. We would personally prefer to have a physical key or a code to open the doors without relying on the internet. If you always have high quality data on your phone, then you don't have to worry about this.

Lovely characterful B&B. The checking in procedure seemed a bit daunting but worked perfectly. Our room, the Black room, was large and quiet and comfortable- although if you like to sleep with the windows open, be warned, there are mosquitoes. Having a simple self service breakfast is great. And there is an honesty bar too. I had read that the area is a bit rough, but we didn’t find that. It is 5 minutes from the Termini station- which has a great little supermarket- Tigre. And there are good restaurants in every direction- Italian, Indian, Sri Lankan and Chinese. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent decor, location, very friendly staff, incredibly good breakfast and above all the whole place is always for the borders. It is a full self-service place giving complete flexibility to the customers. And whenever you need help the friendly staffs are there for immediate help within just a WhatsApp message which also you can send just using the free WiFi ... nothing better one can expect.

The breakfast is great, in fact really great. It will be even better if some hot items can be made available. At least having a toaster will be good.

Very beautiful room and very clean! Beautiful, spacious and well organised cuisine (it is bed and breakfast). Nice way of entering the building and the main door that adds safety and easiness. The hosts respond immediately, are kind and helpful!

Personally I don't prefer Termini location for many reasons, but it helps a lot to move directly to the train station for the airport!! If you want to stay in Termini it is the best choice. In addition there is also nearer to Em. Vitoria metro station wich is a bit nicer to me.

The host was very friendly and made it possible for me to enter the premises earlier. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was included, and it was also lovely that coffee and breakfast snacks were available throughout the day.

Mostly, the neighbourhood. As it's close to the railway station, the area is a bit dirty and unpleasant to go through. For its location, it is somewhat overpriced.

The B'n'B is located in a convenient position near the Termini Station. This is particularly convenient fro travelers and/or people directed to the close La Sapienza University. The peculiarity of this place is that if not needed no interaction with the personal is possible.

The place is nice, but since it is build inside a former apartment the in-room bathroom are rather small and they miss a bidet. This might a small inconvenience mostly for Italian travelers that are accustomed to this kind of service, while it should not bother particularly foreigners.

We had two rooms in one appartment with two rooms, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We did like the security of the place a lot with the app.

We didn’t very like the self service and where the appartment is, it’s near the train station and we didn’t feel in security walking on the streets, there were a lot of poor people in this area.

The hotel is located near Termini railway station. This is the central part of the city, many interesting places will be within walking distance. We stayed in an orange room. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is in perfect order. Extremely convenient app that opens the door. Communication with the staff was great - all my questions were answered on time and without delay. A nice bonus is the common room with a coffee machine, croissants, yoghurts - everything you need for a light breakfast. The rooms are being cleaned.

You should realise that this is a railway station area. The streets in this neighbourhood are dirty but quite safe. Also, the room's windows face directly onto the railway track and the busy motorway. The windows muffle the noise, but with the windows open, the room will be very noisy. As we were staying for a few days and mostly walking around the city - this option suited us fine.

The place is well located, near the train station, metro station and buses. Clean, nice towels and the host was very kind and caring (we didn’t met but was always reachable by message).

It is true the neighborhood around the train station is not the prettiest but we felt safe walking at night to get back to the room.

I stayed in a comfortable and clean air conditioned room with bathroom located off a small common area with several other rooms within a larger apartment complex. The staff were very prompt and approachable about any issues or questions. The accommodation is a short walk from the Termini station, or alternatively there are trams and a subway line nearby.

It can be a bit far to walk to most of the central attractions (the Colosseum is about 20 mins away on foot however), so you'll probably need to use public transport to get around.
