The room was tidy, neat as were the bed clothes. The bed was really comfortable , that it took some effort to extract myself from it each day. The location was excellent - with the Termini Station about 7 minutes away - provided one turned left on leaving the building, My Google Maps would direct me to turn right , when trying to go to Termini, which took me on a much longer route through a more edgier side of town!.

Thought the price for the hotel stay was a bit high, which did not supply a basic breakfast of coffee a croissant and orange juice. Furthermore there was no kettle in the room for making tea and a bed side light would have been useful. Felt really sorry to see a poor African lady sleeping roughly in a door way next door , every morning I left the Hotel. However, this is a common sight in Dublin. I would avoid the street area to the right of the hotel, as it appears to have quite a few vagrants around at night. They didn't trouble me at all, although I did feel a little nervous , while passing them.

The location is great as it's in walking distance to the train station. The hotel staff is very friendly, easy accessible, main door secured with an entry code and the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and lacked nothing.

It is not the cleanest part of the city. I felt sad and in the beginning also unsure about what this means for me as an obvious tourist when I saw the couple of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk in this area. However after 4 days the uneasiness had disappeared (not the sad sensation though).

About five minutes' walk from Termini and half an hour's walk from the Victor Emmanuel monument, it was well located, scrupulously clean, with good wifi (included in the price of the room), comfortable beds, a well-appointed bathroom, and - thanks to the key-code method of entry - allowed for independence. The Reception was staffed between 8am and 8pm, and all the front of house staff were charming and helpful. There was no breakfast provided but they have an arrangement with a nearby bar to provide coffee and a pastry for 3 Euros. Aircon was efficient and not too noisy.

It was not the fault of the hotel but I do wish Italian youth would stop with the graffiti! It gave the whole area rather a run-down feel which made my daughter nervous for a while, although in fact it was perfectly safe. I agree with others that it would have been nice to have had coffee-making facilities in the room. Evidently they had at one time run a small bar and provided breakfast themselves. Probably a bit expensive to have continued with that, but it would be a welcome improvement.

Close to termini station - around 10-15 minutes away by walking. Hotel is easy to find, receptionist is communicative, shows video how the room and main hotel doors open later in the night. Room was quite big, comfortable beds and little to no noise from outside.

We reserved a room with the single beds, receptionist confirmed it. Upon entering a room, two single beds were connected into one with single bed sheet and only one blanket was given. As it was not too cold outside, everything worked out. No cups are in the room.

From the beginning it seems that the place around the hotel quite dangerous but next day you will feel more comfortable.

I can say that it was close to the centre and termini and the lady at the reception welcomed us with kindness. She gave us a map of the city and told everything we need to know about the city. She was really helpful. There is a password you need to get into the hotel and the room so you don’t have to worry about losing a room card or anything, it was reliefing.

I wish they provided us a pair of slipper for the use throughout our stay. we always had to use our shoes.

No breakfast in the hotel, but you do get vouchers for a cafe around the corner The room was big and comfortable. The location isn't so great on arrival, but feels better once you get your bearings.

The area, but it is walking distance of everything and there is a metro a couple of minutes away. I was alone, so didn't walk around the area at night.

Very convenient location if you are coming in and out of the train station. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds. Overall a great stay and we would come back if we return to Rome.

No breakfast and although the location was convenient it was not the nicest area. Also a pretty far walk from the main tourist attractions but we did mind this as it's fun to explore the city on foot.

The location was perfect. The room was super clean, they clean the room every day. And the women on the reception, was super positive and helpful ( especially the younger one). Help us with the restorants and with the METRO! When we visit rome again, 100% we gonna stay at the same place!
