The host was very helpful and the place was superbly quiet, facing a beautiful verdant courtyard. Enjoyed the unexpected welcome gifts, the tips about transportation and supermarket, and assistance with late arrival, luggage storage and taxi to airport. The host created a very positive experience.

The location takes a while to reach, if traveling back and forth by foot. But, if you have at least one contactless credit or debit card per person, it becomes very easy to use a nearby subway station and a couple of key bus and tram lines.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast at the local bakery was delicious and a nice change from the standard hotel breakfast. The communication with the owner was excellent; they were attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. The room was comfortable and the AC was working fine, which was a relief during the hot weather. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary water and prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

The only downside was the surrounding area, which was quite dirty. However, I understand that this is not something that the hotel owner can control. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

The owners of the property were FANTASTIC! The communication was very friendly and helpful as it was our first time to Rome. The room was very large for Europe and not only clean but comfortable. We were given waters each day, vouchers for a free breakfast each day and a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us. We were a 15 minute walk from the train that brought us from the airport and 20-25 minute walk from the fabulous colosseum. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The apartment was generally pretty quiet but if there was someone in the hall being a bit loud, you could hear them.

A/C was wonderful, bed was very comfortable. Location was good, close to train station. The host was very accommodating and friendly-the fridge was stocked with water and a complimentary bottle of wine. He was very helpful directions on how to find the property and very good open communication if you need anything.

Only the stairs to the room, but they're not bad. There's also an elevator

The room was absolutely newly refurbished, all clean and new. The bed was convenient. Good hairdryer in the room. The bottles of water and a sparkling wine in the fridge is definitely a pleasant gesture from the owner! The location is easy to find - just easy 7 min walk from Termini station, and about the same or even shorter distance to Vittorio Emanuele metro station. The windows overlooked the yard, so there was no noice from the street (just some occasional sounds of the yard door closing). Most of all I liked that the room and its furnishings were all brand new!

The breakfast was outside the building, in about 6 min. walk, and I didn’t have time to go there, since I was rushing on the train (not big deal, knowing traditional Italian sweet breakfasts)), but a good thing the owner told me the cafe for breakfast was open already from 6:30 am😊

Extremely friendly host! This is not just a person who is nice to meet, but a person who will help you even with small trifles and questions during your trip. The property is located very close to Termini station, which made it easy to get to anywhere in the city. We walked to the city center, meeting the charming streets of Rome on our way. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and will return there myself again.

The owners messaged us well in advance offering to assist us with a transfer from the airport or renting a car. We were supposed to stay there after we disembarked from our cruise in another city so they suggested transfers for when we get off the ship. They gave instructions how to reach the cafe where you will have your breakfast so that we could leave our luggage as we arrived earlier than expected. This was free of charge. The building you enter is very nice and has a beautiful courtyard. I would assume that all rooms in that building face it. The mini fridge had 2 still, 2 sparkling bottles of water and 1 champagne bottle covered by the room rate. The room is a 15 minute walk from the main entrance of Termini station. Along the way there were 2-3 more entrances where you can buy a ticket from a machine and continue to the station via some tunnels. (I suggest buying your tickets here as the machines at the main entrance can get crowded and that can slow you down if you are in a hurry). There is a metro station nearby.

The place is great, do not let the neighborhood be a deterrent when booking.

1) LOCATION: walking distance to train and metro stations, shops, restaurants & grocery shops and some tourist attractions/sites. (Nearby side streets can be unpleasant/dirty and as some reviewers noted "questionable/dodgy", but we felt safe walking in the area.) 2) ROOMS: clean & comfortable, and supplied with kettle, complimentary tea & instant coffee, candies, bottled water and a bottle of sparkling wine! A few flights of stairs to the apartment, but if needed, there is an elevator. 3) BREAKFAST: At a cafe, about 3 blocks away from the apartment. Breakfast consisted of one pastry, orange juice and coffee. Good selection of pastries to choose from. Service was good. 4) HOST: Ion was courteous, welcoming and helpful. He met us at the arranged time, and made check in easy. Communication before and during our stay was great! Had an "incident" during our stay, and Ion guided us through it.

One of the best places I've booked. I was really surprised by the superior standard to which the place was refurbished. Everything was great. Parking is cheap around the block. The owner did refer us to a secure parking place - however we did not take up the offer. I think, even though in Italy - there it's not more likely to have a car break in as in other European cities. The area is around the main train station, so a little seedy and dirty - but I would say it's perfectly safe.

The room was big, clean and nice.Breakfast typically italian and provided in a close bar (croassaint,juice and coffe / for kids milk with cocoa).Always very supportive stuff. Metro and tram station is very close to accomodation.We were satisfied.

The street outside the accomodation from were we entered the accomodation could be felt as not clean.Might be an issue of the stores along the street in surroundings.
