The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel was safe and secure. I like that they give you a key fob to enter the hotel from the street, very secure. I like to location because it was close to the train station our main means of transportation on this trip. Access to the train station was just down the street, at the other end of the street a nice park to enjoy our morning coffee.

Look we had no illusions , this is not our first trip to Italy, we knew that the room would be somewhat dated ( it is not a big chain hotel), BUT it was comfortable , clean and the air conditioning worked fine.

The room was clean and spacy enough, the staff friendly and very helpful. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Location is fine, the district itself is not that beautiful, but the Termi station is 7min by foot, Colosseum is 15 min away and the closest metro station is less than 3 min by foot.

Some of the furniture is a bit old. Also I find it rather pricey, but maybe it's just usual level of prices in Rome.

Great location. Close to main public transportation, both train and buses and the central Rome stations. Many restaurantes and stores walking distance. It was extremely clean despite the furniture and installations not being new. Staff was excellent

Some things are outdated. Just by doing a couple of simple and inexpensive updates, like the bed sheets, the lamps shades and/or the bathroom mirror , the rooms would do a great change and look more modern

We enjoyed breakfast in the cafes. The receptionists were extremely helpful...VERY personable, courteous, helped out with places to eat, directions to and attractions to see. Greated us everytime we came and left the hotel . So friendly . The receptionists Camillia and Ulkar went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.

There was not anything we didn't like. 10 minute walk from Rome Terminal, grocery store down the street eateries near by, 20 minute walk to Colleseum.....and much more amenities

The room was very clean! The hotel staff were so nice and held our luggage for us as we got there before the check in time (our room was actually finished early so we got in sooner) there’s two cafes right around the corner if you need to kill time. It was right next to the train station so not a bad walk at all and still a close enough walk to the attractions, about 20 minutes to the colosseum etc!

Breakfast was nice. Fantastic croissant filled with chocolate. Location was convenient. Close to train station taking us to central Rome. Reception staff spoke English which was helpful and explained the area and travel requirements to get into central Rome as well as parking options.

Area was a bit dirty. Overflowing bins outside hotel. Bit expensive and taxes added once at hotel which was different to what I accepted on the website. Decor of hotel needs updating.

Location was near termini Station but wasn't the cleanest area. Didn't look safe to walk in late at night so we didn't attempt. We took taxis. If you are traveling with a group or a male it may be safer but I was with my 2 kids. Someone was always at the front desk 24 hours a day. Air conditioning is super refreshing!! They had ice cold water in the room fridge waiting for us.

The beds were extremely hard, absolutely no give. My back and hip ached. Other than that everything was great.

The location was excellent for our needs. The staff, Ulkar and Camellia were wonderful..so helpful, answering all our questions and giving tips and directions. They both went out of their way to help with future accommodations and were friendly and so personable. They were lovely to talk to and they really cared that we had an enjoyable stay.
