The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave good advice.

We didn’t realize that the neighborhood around the hotel was so dirty and full of graffiti. The picture of the outside of the hotel did not reflect this.

super close to Termini station. great value for the price you pay. comfortable bed (although it was two beds connected together). room cleaned every day.

we typically like having breakfast in the hotel where we stay, but the breakfast offer was not too exciting. That was not a problem though as there are many restaurants and food courts around where you can easily find what you like.

Our stay at Hotel Mariano was excellent. Transportation was excellent around Roma being close to the train station with easy access to the Meto

Due to the heavy reins there was an occasional sewage smell.

Staff were friendly and helped me find my coat after I realized I didn't have it when I checked out. Room was clean and sizable enough. Decent value for the price. Bathroom was good size as well. Bed was comfortable and I didn't have any noise issues at night. Nice location near the roma termini station and getting around rome is pretty accessible on foot or bus from here.

Breakfast is a little lacking, but they do mention that if you read previous reviews. Some homeless on the street which makes sense as it's near a park, but not any more than I've seen jn other areas in Rome. No real complaints about the room or stay.

This is a basic hotel where your 20 minute walk away from the colosseum and then have the station at your expense where we took a train to naples but also considered florence. Really worth doing a day trip out. The room was clean and easily walk away from placed such as trevi and pantheon Which was around 30 minute walk away. So if you like walking its decent where we managed just fine. Also the train station near by has a small little market with food and drinks which we used to pop by alot when we wanted to kill some time.

The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the centre for eating and drinking and then only 30 mins walk to most big attractions...... Colosseum....Trevi fountains etc

The only thing which we feel would be a problem for most travellers would be the firmness of the mattresses as a good night's sleep is often essential. The mattresses here are uncomfortably hard.

The staff was very good and there was a vending machine. Very clean rooms and daily cleaning and changing of the towels, we had no disruptions bu neighbors as well and the AC was great for a mid July stay in Rome! The location was very good, near all bus stops and the termini station.

We would have liked some basic cooking stuff like a boiler, cups or cutlery and a fridge, but managed without them nonetheless.

There was a nightguard named Sebastiano who was really friendly when we arrived after a late arrival at 2 am. Lovely staff and the vending machine prices were really nice :)

Breakfast was rather early but maybe that was our fault for not waking up on time. Besides this, i also didn't remember if i actually paid for the breakfast so maybe a reminder.

Great location for those who are travelling to Roma Termini train station. Only 5 mins walk from there! The surroundings is not very clean, but it is still calm and safe area, from which you can get to the main sights in no time. The room was big enough for a weekend stay. They cleaned it every single day. bathroom is very nice!

Close to train station, simple in and out, basic, clean room. I imagine in its time, this was a fancy hotel. At some point renovations/repairs were done, but in a cost-effective manner, so it feels less ornate than it may have been in the past. WiFi works fine.

All okay
