I loved that the room had a private bath (am so particular!). It was a pretty room and very comfy for a solo traveller. As a solo female, I'd say, stay here!

It's just a liiiiitle bit of a distant away from some attractions if you're going by foot like me. If you aren't, then you're totally fine!

Francy was amazing! She helped me check in and get comfortable in the property right away! The location was super close next to termini which was super handy for getting to from places in the metro/trains ect. The room was super clean! It was also cleaned everyday so every night I returned it was all clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and really enjoyed my stay here! I would definitely return!

The location at night seemed a little off. As I was solo and walking from the metro stop to the hotel alone, I did feel a little unsafe. No one around really, I just had a feeling. I’m sure this is kind of the same with the whole of Rome at night if you are Solo. I also struggled finding the property on arrival, I walked up and down the street as there is no sign outside stating the hotel.

This is a very well taken care of hotel, as they like to mention and understandably so it's a family owned hotel but service did not disappoint. Room was nice, the bed was warm and comfy, the bathroom had supplementary soap and towels. The part that I liked the most was the attention to detail and the love from the owners, they have a shared kitchen that makes you feel right at home and with kettles and coffee to match, there's also this little black board where they right custom message that I loved. It's a great place for the money

Great value for money, very close to Termini station so easy connection to Airports and transport links. Colosseum and Trevi areas both within a 20-30 minute walking distance. Room was very comfortable, AC worked well, mini fridge in room was a bonus and powerful shower. There are quite a few restaurants and cafés nearby so there are always plenty of people around, even late at night. Would stay here again when in Rome.

Fellow traveller advice: The area around Termini station is very busy and pick pockets take advantage of that through the day time. This property is a few blocks over from the station on a quieter street so not really a concern but something to be aware of.

Lovely room with a view of the spacious sunlit courtyard, ensuring a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the Termini district. The recently redecorated room boasts high ceilings and ample space for luggage. Enjoyed the daily change of fresh linen and towels, along with a comfortable bed. The hotel, situated in a sizable apartment within a distinguished residential building overlooking the square, provided an authentic experience of living among the Romans.

The absence of a bedside table (had to use the armchair) and the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities were the only drawbacks. While the room was newly renovated, the bathroom appeared a bit dated, yet it was impeccably clean and reasonably spacious. Access to the high 4th floor is facilitated by a lift, but reaching it involves navigating around 10 steps, which can be challenging with heavy luggage. However, these are relatively minor issues in an otherwise positive experience.

This is a very cute little Bed and Breakfast, with a few rooms and a kitchen. Francy, who is the owner, was very nice and accommodating. She welcomed me and gave me instructions on how to get into the building, it was so easy. If you are looking for hotel services (as i've seen some people commenting about) this is not a place for you. But Francy is available on phone all the time, and she is there during breakfast if you have any questions. Which I really liked because we got help when we needed it and could mind our own business. Rooms were also cleaned every day which was a nice bonus as this is not an hotel! Except from some noise from the street it was very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed staying here. Beds where super comfy and the room had everything you need. It's within walking distance to everything and Termini station is just 5 minutes away. Super convenient. We will be back!

Nothing really!

everything was without a problem. Everything is clean, cleaned every day, the owner is pleasant. I appreciate that we got the keys and were able to keep our luggage at the accommodation until our departure.

the accommodation is located right next to the train station, which is good on the one hand, due to the connection from and to the airport, train and bus. On the other hand, there is a lot of a homeless people there :(, but it's problem over around the world.

The location is really good. 5 minutes walk to Termini train station and an easy walk to the Colosseum and Forum. The rooms are clean and secure. Communication with Francy was clear and she was very helpful. Bonus - there is a laundry down the street where you can drop off your clothes and pick them up clean the same day.

Breakfast was not available for us on those days and we had to make other arrangements.

The room was large and comfortable with everything you could need for a short stay. Francy is a friendly and excellent host who speaks good English.

Nothing really. The bathroom is a little small but was perfect me for my 2 night stay. And the water switched off at 11pm each night until the morning . But this was a landlord issue and not the fault of Eterna Roma.

Good position near train station. Nice hostess.

Water issues, no water for hours, pipes problem. Safe didn’t work, had stuff stuck in it for hours couldn’t open. One night lift didn’t work had to walk 4 flights. Didn’t know they had a breakfast room had no idea, had a free coffee one morning from hostess. Tripped over in room floor elevated near bathroom.
