Lovely welcome from the receptionist, great location just a few minutes walk from the railway station which was perfect for our one night stay. No issues with noise even though it's so near the station and plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a nice touch but there are vending machines available for drinks and snacks. Just be aware the accommodation is on the 3rd floor of a shared building accessed via the lift (not the reception that greets you as you walk in)

Excellent location - a few steps from Termini station, safe location. Clean room with basic furniture and welcoming staff. A welcome water bottle very much appreciated.

Water pressure was somewhat weak and there was no mosquito net at the window. No minibar nor coffee machine in the room, but that was clear from the booking details. Price a bit high for the facilities.

Rossi Hotel was a lovely stay with a delicious breakfast and cappuccino! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Elisabetta is very kind and takes amazing care of her hotel and guests. It is perfect!

Elisabetta went out of her way to make me feel welcome and at home. I only stayed for one night, but when I asked her if I could possibly have a space where I could connect to an online meeting, she prepared my room early and even offered the breakfast room because she thought it was a face-to-face meeting. The room was nice and spotless. She made me a fresh cheese omelet and ham sandwich, aside from the cold breakfast. I felt very safe, comfortable, and welcome. Will consider again next time I am in Rome. Thank you!

The fact that there is no check-in at night. This resulted in costing me one night charge.

This hotel is just across the street from Roma termini. We were a party of two senior female friends. It has elevator and our room had air conditioning, although it was not hot as it has high ceilings. This was July. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with advice and ordering a very early taxi to the airport. The entrance to the building (hotel) was very foreign to us when we arrived, as it didn't look like a hotel at all, but once you make your way to Rossi reception and the welcoming staff your perspective of what a hotel should look like changes as it feels very warm and welcoming. We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our holidays in Italy. I hope this help other travelers

The shower is small, but plenty of pressure. No problem for us, but I thought I will mention it. Neighborhood has a few homeless, typical around train stations

If you are looking for a great spot right next to Roma Termini train station, Rossi Hotel is your place. The neighborhood is certainly not the Pantheon, but Rossi is very safe, super clean and the staff is outstanding. We walked across the street for an early morning train to Fiumicino Airport and that was worth every penny to avoid any doubt of what time we wanted to be at the airport. A 2 minute walk to the train, 30 minute direct train on the Leonardo Express and we were in the airport. Rossi was a place we definitely would use again.

Neighborhood is not glamorous around Roma Termini, but we still found a great restaurant to walk to and enjoy. The good far outweighs any bad on this one!

The location by Termini Station and walking distance to many sites. I arrived late (late because the front desk closes at 2000, but they stayed open till 2100 for me) on Saturday for a one night stay. My flight was delayed by 45 minutes and I landed at about 1940. The Rossi Hotel staff kept in contact with me via text immediately lowering my stress with directions and assurances. I was at the hotel—from touchdown, baggage claim, and train ride—in about an hour. The room was very comfortable—nothing fancy but nice and very quiet for such an urban site. Termini had a “food court” open till 11pm and about 100 yds from the front door, nice. The next day the staff stored my luggage free of charge for the day.

The elevator is dinky but does the job.

The employees were super nice. We could leave our luggage for free before checking in and after checking out. Perfect location right next to the train station bit in a more quiet street.

I did not have great expectation when I choose this hotel. So, in Roma, you were not supposed to stay at the hotel since there are many points must-seen. The hotel was clean and the staff was smiling and attentive. I and my family slept well. That was located kind of the center of the transportation web, so the location was convenient. I read a lot of complaint about the volume around but we were not suffered such thing. That was a budget option and I am not regretful at all. Speacial thanks to Neli and Pamela.
