I really like how the contact me in every single step by WhatsApp before arrival , at airport, check in & check out process They replies very quick They let me feel that I have someone always available to contact and will help me Actually the feeling I had that it’s like home and surprisingly even I haven’t met any but they were always online and ready to help

The guest house was very nicely laid out and was very clean. it had everything I needed. The kitchen was a bonus, and was equipped with different kitchen appliances that came in handy. The property was walking distance to many attractions. it was also walking distance to the train station Roma termini. There were many restaurants near by and other convenient stores. I would recommend and stay at this property again.

Very convenient location right next to Termini station. Many restaurants and markets nearby. Luggage storage access given at 10 am. Staff were cooperative and responsive even at night. I had an accident in one of the rooms and they’ve immediately arranged me another room.

There was no early check in. We had to wait until 3 pm. Toilets are tiny. Lift in the building is tiny.

Easy self check in and very spacious and comfy room. The host was very proactive in replying any requests made. The Guest house is just 2 min walk to Termini station. Easy commute either by walk or bus to local attractions and plenty of nice restaurants and markets

We booked two rooms for our family and it was so close and easy to get to from the train station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen for the rooms to use which was a decent size and nice to use whilst we were there

Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was also very convenient. It is a cosy place to stay while in Rome. Communication was easy and pleasant, everything was clear and staff was very helpful. Replies were super fast as well

The sound isolation is not very good, hence if there are other tenants and they are loud, it can be clearly heard.

Nice quiet corner with a kitchen and very close to the train station. This was a perfect place to stay for my quick stopover in Rome. The towels were luxurious and I appreciated the three provided.

You could leave the luggage at early arrival. Communication with staff via text was good. Room was cleaned every day. Community kitchen was practical.

There was a power outage once and mold in the shower. Wouldn't recommend the area for solo travellers because of safety reasons. You could hear every noise from other rooms.

The property is in a very accessible location from any attraction. The property was extremely clean and aesthetic. Would definitely recommend…
