Great facilities and incredibly clean! A lot of people say staying by Termini can be a little dangerous, but as a girl who comes from a big city herself, I found it very to be safe. I just wouldn’t walk alone as a woman late at night if anything. Everything is well within walking distance, 40 minutes max for the big sites, but generally less than a 30 minute walk. There was also an aperol spritz bar equipped with ice located outside of our room that our host said we can help ourselves to as much as a we like :)

To get into the apartment, we had to use a passkey on a website to automatically unlock 3 doors: to the building, the apartment itself and our room. Although I found the idea very great and quick, we did get locked out of the apartment when the power went out, and the passkey wouldn’t connect to the building. We had to wait a bit to get helped inside but our host and Valentina were fairly quick to respond and rushed to help us in. This apartment might not be great for those who decide not to get data or a mobile plan since you need the internet to get in, and the host isn’t there to greet you.

On the 2nd day we received a small complimentary bottle of champagne, which was really nice. The cleanliness was OK. The location is amazing, as it is just next to the main train and metro station Termini, but looking in the other direction to a small park.

The location in Booking app is not set correct, therefore we tried to open the door on the wrong addres (1 street away). We would also appreaciate a possibility to have breakfast included. On the last night the front door of a bulding was broken and there were screams of a woman crying for help inside of a building, which was a scarry experience. We hardly had any sleep because of that. But I guess that was just a

It was a lovely room close to Termini, an easy walk from the Airport train (we felt safe walking and eating in the local area which had great connections to everywhere in Rome). We were met at the property at the agreed time to leave bags and collect keys. Daily service of very warm and soundproofed room. The room design is great and has the comfort and amenities needed. Reviews said we’d be lucky to secure a room: we were!!We were very happy here on our first visit to Rome

There’s a bit of street noise but its quiet when needed. Be aware there is a Rome City capitation tax to be paid in cash on arrival. This was handled well!

I liked the generosity of the host, I can always refill tea, coffee, sugar and chocolates. Could also help ourselves to the wine. The room was cleaned every day. The location was great, near to train station so we were able to visit Florence. There was so much to see and do. We were only 20 minutes walking distance from coloseum and was able to walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The weather was beautiful for January.

I would say the only problem we had was trying to get into the accommodation when we arrived from the airport. Instructions we were given by text to locate and use the key were difficult to follow. We also used the wrong key and had to move the next morning to another room in the same apartment.

Habana’s is in a great location for public transport and just twenty minutes walk to the Colosseum. Food options also abound nearby, and the room was cleaned well daily. It would be good to have a ‘do not disturb’ to hang when it’s not needed. Comfortable bed and we were able to manage the heatwave well with a combination of air conditioning while we were in and windows open while we were out.

I thought there were holes in the wall when I first walked in, but it’s just horrid plasterwork.

Honestly is amazing! The building might look sketchy from outside but the place is beautiful inside and truly give you an italian vibe. Cleanliness 100% amazing, location is close to EVERYTHING, you got lots of restaurants in the block and souvenirs to buy. Host was super kind through text and responds immediately which i value. They even gave us sparkling wine one night and coffee was available everyday which is super important to me.

Location was perfect, as all monuments were in walking distance (with the exception of Vatican, for which we opted to use metro - also pretty convenient). We booked the smallest room, however everything we needed was provided and it was overall a very comfortable stay. Moreover we adored the view from our window and had a very amiable host :) I would definitely recommend this place

Although there is an air conditioner, we couldn’t lower the temperature as much, making it sometimes a bit hot at night (have in mind we were staying in August). Also the lady cleaning the apartment doesn’t speak any English making it a bit challenging, but we managed to communicate nevertheless :) Anyway I wouldn’t say we had any bigger problems.

Ulli is extremely helpful and amiable. He always replied quickly to any questions. The AC cools perfectly, the welcome chocolate and wine are a big plus, and the staff clean the room every day. The best thing is that they provide soaps instead of shampoo and shower gel, which is cool and eco-friendly compared to other hotels. They are also considerate to provide body lotion, cotton pads and cotton swabs.

When we entered the room and when we turned off the AC for a while, there was a sudden humid and musty smell.

1- Excellent communication with the Host (no reception so keys are left for collection with instructions) 2- Excellent location of the Hotel; near Termini train station, 50m from Airport shuttle, nearby shops and restaurants, and only a 15-20 min walk from the Colosseum 3- Great coffee bars in walking distance that provide excellent coffee and sandwiches/croissants for breakfast (our favorite was "Bar al caffe Romano") since the room does not come with breakfast, and Mercato Centrale (inside Termini station) was a life saver for late dinners (open till 12pm) 4- Room was spacy and cleaned every day, had all the amenities we needed (AC, mini fridge, TV, private bathroom).

Small suggestion: Room cleaning is between 10:00 and 12:00, for those who sleep longer it could be preferable to clean the rooms between 11:00 and 13:00.

This place is right across the street from Termini station in Rome so the convenience is hard to beat. We were able to take the bus and metro to several different parts of Rome. Ulli was very nice and easy to communicate with. He let us know how to get the keys and recommended some places to eat for us that were either near by or easily accessible by public transport. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. Getting in was a little tricky at first since we had to get in to get the actual keys but luckily we were let in by someone, but Ulli kept communicating with us via text to make sure we got in ok. This isn't like a chain hotel, it's more like a room/airbnb with a private bathroom but it had everything we needed and was comfortable and a good size.

There was no iron that I could see and the towels were a little thin but other than that everything else was fine.
