The communication. Our messages were answered immediately. The fees for late check-in were explained fully at time of booking. Our flight ended up being delayed and we appreciated that we could communicate with the owner and that he waited for us. Thank you! The location is extremely convenient. If I am forced to write something, I guess it would be the breakfast, yet I understand this is a room in a Private Apartment, not really a hotel, so maybe there is not more that could be done. We ended up going out for breakfast every morning.

The building is next to Termini Train station so it's in a very convenient location for reaching the airport and visiting tourist attractions. There's a small kitchen shared by three different rooms and self-service breakfast is placed in the kitchen cupboard and fridge for each room. It was perfect for our one night stay in Rome, before travelling back home. The flat is on the first floor and there's an elevator.

It could use a little refurbishment and redecorating, but it's quite sufficient for a basic comfortable stay.

very close to train station! there are several Chinese shops and restaurants nearby. It's just a few minutes walk to the metro station. the price is valuable. just thought it would be noisy because of train station, but surprisingly, it was quiet at night.

bed is bit of hard but ok for me the housekeeper didn't come everyday. only come once per 2-3days and the towels were not changed

Is neighbourhood building with a tiny lift, i like the antique feel of the building. It just 3 mins walk to the main station and bus to airport. The host get ready breakfast for us in the fridge, so convenient. Spacious room, nice shower.

The room floor is pretty cold in march and heater not working plus the air con only can turn on for summer.

The only 1 thing I would change is have a drop box for key's. If on your own you need to hold gate open with something while you drop key's back upstairs. That was for early checkout might be different at other times.

Simone and his wife were very welcoming, and allowed us early entry to apartment.. Whilst shared kitchen was small, it was very adequate, with appropriate appliances, great breakfast choices and snacks made available. Our bedroom was large, comfortable bed and pillows, able to look out onto street below...very quiet overnight...tiny bathroom, but we made it work. Great location to Termini, short walk about 5 minutes.

Apartament was very well located, Closed to everything (Metro, tourist places, restaurants, pharmacy etc). It was very well kept, cleaning service was very good. Room was bigger than i expected, air conditioning worked well and the shower always had hot water. Best thing is that host made sure i was aware of all plans that could be done, gave me recommendations about restaurants, transportation.

Very close to the Termini train station which is a plus if you arrive by train to Rome (also the stop if you come by Terranova bus from the 2 aiports). It's ideal if you want to go on a city tour by the touristic buses, since all have the starting point from Termini station. The apartment was nice, it had all the facilities. Private bathroom, clean. Simeone is a great host, offered all the necessary informations. Location is close to many shops, restaurants and souvenir shops. The breakfast was decent, some sweets, butter, jam/honey, toasted bread and yoghurt + natural juices + coffee DIY in mokka.

We liked everything, the only thing I didn't like was the quality of the coffee :) having so many keys (street entrance door, main door to the building of flats, apartment, room) it can be difficult to open the doors sometimes , especially for the first two, as the locks are used frequently by the owners of the flats and you must move them in different positions in order to work :)

It is in a central location close to the main railway station and metro which made it easy to access and walk the major attractions of Rome. The breakfast ingredients and snacks supplied by the host were generous. The kitchenette had ample utensils for preparing and cooking a meal.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and have no complaints.

Very kind and helpful host. Simone helped us a lot with advice on the first day. Excellent location. We were able to walk to all the most popular, "must visit" locations.The room was clean and since we didn't spend time indoors, it was quite big enough.

Insignificant. You can always find something to complain about if you want. I don't.
