Mr. Frills is awesome. The location is excellent, being only a minute to a metro, and there are so many nice restaurants and bars just minutes away. The apartment is situated on the second floor, and has elevator access. Our host was wonderful, and very welcoming. The apartment is very clean, and has a very nicely equipped little kitchen. Our room had a balcony overlooking the park, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was enough closet space to hang and store clothes for two, and the room and apartment is also very quiet. The council has definitely cleaned up the neighbourhood as well. We stayed three nights, and wre very comfortable. We would definitely come back to stay again.

The shower only has a shower curtain, so you have to aim the showerhead towards the wall, otherwise the entire floor in the bathroom will need to be mopped. The shower floor is a bit slippery as well, but the pressure is good. You'll still have a good shower, just be mindful of the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient — everything is nearby and easy to reach. The room was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to the host — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She explained everything in detail, gave great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The view from the window was absolutely stunning! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

A small suggestion for improvement: an extra socket or a power strip near the bed would be really helpful for travelers with multiple devices — we had to take turns charging our phones.

We been in Rome for our anniversary with the dog, the apartment and concept is very modern, the bed is very comfortable and so the pillows. It was very clean ln and comfy!

Chek in was very late, we aks if we can leave just the bags and we couldn’t. On the site it says dogs are free of for change but in reality we have to pay. Although we show the woman that on the site it says differently. The location in this area is not suitable for family and children bc the araps are all over. We have one man sleeping on the streets in front of our building.

Looking at the pictures, I thought the room would be quite small, but it turnt out to be very spacious with very tall ceilings. We had a little balcony too which oversees Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele. The bathroom is in the room, quite small but has whatever you need in there. I couldn't find the location first but the owner and the lady who works there were very helpful with all the directions, and also they gave some recommendations of the places to visit around. The location is very convenient as it's around 20 minutes walk to Colosseum and around 10-15 minutes walk to Rome Termini station, quite central. There is the lift in the building which is actually quite old so we walked the stairs instead.

Even though the stay itself was quite good, the location at Vittorio Emmanuele square isn't the best. It is in fact convenient location as you can reach the historical part of Rome in 15 minutes, however, the area didn't really feel safe, was very dirty and a bit smelly, other side of Rome. As far as you choose the right routes or use the undeground (which is around 5 minutes walk from the apartment if not less), it is fine, but the little streets we had to pass to get into town centre didn't feel safe, again.

A very nice stay in Rome. The place is cozy with a nice view. The area is ok. It’s not too far from the main attractions, it’s easy to get almost everywhere on foot. And the hostess is very sweet, gave us some advice on sightseeing and good restaurants nearby.

It would be great to have a washing machine in there.

The quirky Atmospere that made you feel that you was living in an Apartment. The location was great near Termini station which was what we wanted. Facing a lovely large park with a vibrant feel at night, with a great bar and fast food joint called Nana Peppes facing it across the road. Very clean and comfortable, with lovely memory foam mattress and pillows. Easy walking distance to all sites and Two minutes walk to the Metro for ease to all attractions. Our host was nice and looked after us during our stay and overall I felt after walking around Rome and seeing the other hotel locations this was in a perfect place.

I enjoyed the stay, but it can be a bit noisy; "but, this is Rome" !!! We stayed in the Deluxe Double and although lovely, the stairs to the bed room where narrow and steep and wouldn't suit certain people staying.

The location of place is very nice in a walking distance to Termini (15 mins), Colosseum (15 mins), St. Maria Maggiore (10 mins). There is a park in front of the building with playgrounds, bars, gelato and events if you’re lucky. Marilena was super kind and welcomed us at 2 am due yo delay in our flight. We were also offered an upgrade to bigger room with balcony which was really nice surprise. The view from the balcony was the park across the street and was very nice. Of course this can lead to a little bit more noise in the evenings, but nothing too loud that can disturb our sleep at night. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. There was’t fridge in the room, but there was a shared kitchen which had one for everyone to use as well as coffee and tea.

Be mindful of the fact that the bathroom is additionally added to the room, a little tight and with sliding grass door which isn’t allowing much privacy. This is not something necessarily bad, but not everyone would like it. The shower flow was week and the floor is with mosaic which makes it a little hard to notice dirt.

Marilena the host was absolutely fantastic, when we arrived we were given recommendations to all the local bars and restaurants, and every attraction possible. The location was great, very close to the Metro, and 15 min walk to Colosseum. All very clean and tidy, and great value for Money. Thank you !

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. Marinela was really lovely for letting us put our belongings before the room was ready and give us a map of Rome with all the best attractions. The stay is super close to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and is a 5 min walk to Terminii. Highly recommend.

The host was very friendly, she waited for us for the check-in. She had some good tips for restaurants and cafés near the apartment. The room was nice and quite, really good if travelling on a budget. The bathroom was clean and someone made our bed. There was a kitchen, but we did not use it.

The area is not the nicest in Rome, but it is really central.
