I really liked the old time charm that the room had and the building had. The automated check in was amazing and super smooth, the management replied to all our queries at a satisfying rate and the stay was super close to the metro station making accessibility to the colloseum, trevis fountain and piazza di spagna super convenient! Really good location.

The bathroom was clean and pretty but the bath door did not cover the bath area completely so the water used to come out. Also we had to carry 20+ kg suitcases on the stairs to the 3rd floor because there were no lifts! These are minor cons and i would still really recommend the beautiful stay!

The communicatiom with the staff was great, they answered all my questions and assisted me in the self check-in. The guesthouse is very well situated. I had a small room with a comfortable twin bed and small window, which was enough for me. To access the bathroom I had to walk through the hallway (this was a private bathroom with shower that only I had the key to access). It was clean and convenient. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator (wasn't a problem for me).

You hear through the walls quite a bit ; however, the guesthouse does state in their rules that you must be quiet in the evening/night hours, as there are families living in the building, and this was respected by the people who were staying at the same time as me, so I slept really well (do bring earplugs though).

The check in is possible only on-line and you don´t get this information before you pay for the room - in the end it wasn´t the problem, but I have to fill out private data like my ID number on the internet page, which I didn´t know if it´s safe. There was cold it the room (and the blanket was thin) - the heating didn´t work - the staff promised me to swich it on, but it wasn´t warm before morning.

I stayed at this property for a short weekend and it was a perfect stay! The location was excellent, not far from Roma Termini train station (well connected to both Ciampino and Fiumicino Airport) and only probably 15-20 minute walk from the Colosseum. Despite being so central, the property is set in a quite area and we had a good night sleep. I travelled alone with my child and we had all the comfort we needed. The room includes a lovely bathroom with a shower; on the property there's also a kitchenette for guest use. The property manager was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and provided us with additional information on the area and suggestions on point of interests and restaurants! I'd definetely reccommend this property!

The property is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, which wasn't an issue at all for me, but might be more problematic for guests with limited mobility.

Everything as described! Staff was really engaged, helpful and fast in replying, 10/10 for that! Everything was clean and nice, the bathroom was great too, only thing the matress is kinda wonky and not that great to sleep in but everything else amazing. Neighbourhood is also very nice compared to some other rooms in Rome.. Nice park nearby and also great moca coffee place a few min away (on foot)! Only 20min walk to Rome Termini.. They also give you discount at nearby restaurant, we didn't use it but it's nice that it's an option! The price is also awesome compared to other options around, no need for a classic hostel when you have this place for only few euros more! All in all we're very satisfied and thank you for everything :)

We were very pleased with the choice of this place. The room #3 turned out to be even better than we expected. The area is perfect for anyone planning to travel by train — that’s really good area in the city center and close to Tremini station The administrators were very friendly, were always in touch on WhatsApp and resolved any questions instantly. They shared with us a map of recommended places in our area and even helped us call a taxi to the airport. Thanks a lot The only thing to take into account is that the walls are quite thin and you can often hear your neighbors. Anyway, this wasn’t a problem for us. The rooms are located on the 4th floor without an elevator - but this is an excellent opportunity to shake up the pasta eaten for lunch

I had an excellent stay at B&B in The Center – Rome! The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of all the famous attractions. Danielle, the host, was fantastic – I met him on the first day, and he kindly helped carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. He was always available on WhatsApp, offering helpful travel tips on Google Maps and even arranging a discount at the restaurant downstairs, which served delicious food. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

The apartment and the bathroom are large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a window. The view from the room is beautiful, and the kitchen is always clean and serves all the apartments. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but you have to go up the stairs. It is close to the Manzoni station that takes you all over the city.

The bed was really comfy, there was a shared kitchen which was nice, they let us keep our bags in the kitchen before and after check out and check in was quite easy.

The aircon didn't work, and if we opened the windows it was very loud outside. The shower preassure was a bit weak and there is also a lot of stairs which I didn't really mind but I didn't have that many bags - there was also a slight issue checking in and getting the key from the lock box that didn't unlock but they replied very quickly and solved it really quickly!

It was a traditional pension with a very authentic feel for Rome. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve staying in Italy and I wanted to enjoy a nice pension. Success…the staff communication was prompt and very helpful with logistics and suggestions for taxi, dinner etc. The place was very clean and the linens were fresh and clean. It was nice that there were kitchen facilities but for a short 1-2 day visit, I wouldn’t need that. I actually didn’t realize that was available when I booked my stay. I would highlight that more in the description for those who really are looking for that feature.

I would have liked to see a person. When I arrived, the main door to the unit, it smelled like a toilet was backed up. Very stuffy and my unit, inside, #1, also smelled stuffy and stinky, so I aired it out by opening the windows and it was fine. There were no complimentary toiletries, which is very common, but was ok not to have them, but so many others provide that with a complimentary breakfast too. What I prioritized by selection this unit, I got…so I’m content. The mattress on the double bed was a little stiff but it was ok. The tv only had Italian content.
