Great location, basically in walking distance from the main attractions. Metro and bus station 2 minutes walk in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants all around. The room is very clean with all the comforts you need. Coffeemachine and kettle in the room with capsules, tea bags, sugar and a bottle of water. All of these refilled daily. There is also a well equiped shared kitchen. The room operates with self check-in. The receptionist girl was very nice and flexible regarding our requests. It's a lovely stay, we definitely will return.

We liked everything.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We had two double rooms in the second floor 104 and 105. The rooms were very clean with a lot of space and aircondition.. Very clean bathroom with cabin shower. We had everyday cleaning and they changed towels after 2 days..Wifi connection was very good . There is a common kitchen with microwave and a fridge.. The location is perfect with Manzoni metro station just 50m away. Also there are 2 bus stations very close. A lot of mini markets bakerys and restaurants in the area. Colosseum is just 10 minutes walk. We had a very pleasant stay

The water pressure was low and the fridge in the common kitchen is too small with not enough space for so many people.

The space was REALLY clean and the staff especially the woman who checked me in was so friendly and accommodating. They made the best of a small space. It was quite when I was there. I was able check-in early and when I had to check-out I was able to leave my bags in their office for the day.

Maybe it was a little expensive for such a small room in what is like a make shift hotel. I do think that when it gets really hot the room will be stifling. Perhaps they have a fan to add to the room at that time.

Perfect stay, friendly and helpful host, all the check-in/check-out went smoothly, very good quality / price ratio. The room was clean, all equipment new and in good condition, comfy bed. They let me store my luggage till afternoon in the kitchen for free, which is a great option as this place is near the railway station, and it takes only extra 10 mins to go back and take it before your trip to the airport. All the rooms are on the backyard side - thanks to that rooms are super quiet, there's no traffic noise. You can hear only birds singing when you open the window :) Also I didnt hear noise from other rooms - so I really recommend it to those who like quiet stay :)

Conveniently located close to Termini station and close to a metro stop. Good value-price ratio. Very clean roomwith a private bathroom. There is a coffee machine in the room with capsule. The windows could be opened. I would recommend it.

The neighborhood is not the best, there are some homeless people around, they were quiet though. The cleaning personnel left the window open for the whole day and it was very cold in my room, then I had some difficulties with the heat, but I got help from an employee.

The location is great, extremely easy self check-in process and responsive and kind hosts. The room itself was spotless, very clean and had modern elements which I really appreciated. The air conditioning was great and overall the room was spacious and well equipped.

The only thing was the bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable but everything else was perfect and I would definitely book again.

Very clean and modern. Bed super comfy. Loved that there was a kettle and tea and coffee. Also a kitchen to use, everything super clean. Check in lady was very kind and helpful and helped me store my luggage the next day. Nice extra details like hair dryer and toiletries. Beautiful brand new furnishings. The terrace was very nice. And very quiet at night as it over looks an internal patio. About 15 mins walk to Termini and 10 mins to colesseum. Will definitely book next time I’m in Rome thank you!

Good location near Manzoni metro station. You can walk, bus, or metro to major sites. Everything you need is close by---grocery, laundry, electronics, cafes, wine, etc. The room was bright and spacious with high ceilings and a large window with a balcony. Plenty of storage space, especially in the bathroom. It was very clean and the staff were helpful and kind on the rare occasions you saw them. Building and neighborhood are very quiet. The shared kitchen space had water bottles and candies. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rome, and I would love to stay here again.

The AC made a weird nose, kind of like a washing machine, but kept the room nice and cold. There was a bright green light over the door that needed to be covered with a t-shirt but that was an easy fix.

The personal was very welcoming and kind, fast communication, room was clean, with a nice smell. The location was perfect, the neighbourhood was really peaceful, really close to a metro station/ bus/ market, 15 min on foot to Colosseum. Really a great find!

I believe the walls were a bit thin as we sometimes heard some noise but it did not affect us at all, it's normal in an apartment building.

Great location in accessible position, two metro stations away from Termini station. Area is quiet, but restaurant options are available close by. Room was spatious, well lit and aired, the bathroom had all the amenities we were looking for. Definitely will return, as it is a gem in the jungle of Rome accommodations. Rooms are larger than majority for Rome.

5 euro city tax/person is not included. Should be paid cash on arrival. Not sure is it specified.
