Lovely little eccentric room in a good location - between two metro stations, a short ride to the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon, and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The room was clean, as was the entire building, and Gianluca met us slightly earlier than we had originally planned as we had got out the airport quickly. He was brilliant - friendly, accommodating, and gave us loads of helpful information about getting around Rome and reminded us to keep an eye for pickpocketing. We were able to leave our bags after check out until we needed to head to airport, which gave us an extra morning to enjoy without dragging suitcases. We had a great week away with a comfortable little base to rest in!

Close to public transport, quiet and well equipped with the common area.

It was a bit small, especially the bathroom. But it wasn’t an issue with our shorter stay and also because we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room.

Property was clean and spacious. Room was tidied with clean towels each morning.

Shower pressure was a little low Walls were quite thin- you could hear other guests and staff.

The room itself was lovely. Bed was a huge double which meant it was very comfortable. Everything I dreamed of, of a place in Rome. The whole place was amazing. Situated near metro. Lots of bars, restaurants and mini markets in local area.

The fact that the shower doors were tied so you could neither open them as wide as needed or close them. I also thought the huge step down from shower to floor when the doors could not close was dangerous, due to floor being wet.

Cosy little room with a bathroom, good location, perfect for a week in Rome. The bed is comfortable and there is also AC. The posters on the walls give a unique atmosphere to the room.

This is a big flat with multiple rooms, every room is rented to other tourists. This wasn't obvious to me at booking, i was surprised. But every room has its own bathroom, so it was not a problem.

Luca was amazing host! Very kind and helpful, he even let us leave our luggage the last day before our flight. Location was the best! Super close to metro station who goes to all important monuments, but also you can go by foot. Super close to Colosseum as well. Room was with private bathroom and with everything you need. Overall, great value for money, would recommend 100%.

The only thing that is for improvement - overall cleanliness and the room room smelled like cigarettes, as much as we tried to keep our windows open.

The location was good, the host super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decoration was very nice too! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we would suggest it to people traveling to Rome. 😀

There wasn't any shower gel, the water in the shower was either too hot or too cold and there wasn't a small fidge inside the room to keep our bottles of water cold.

The room was decent. Small, but what a couple needed. It was generally clean, but in the bathroom there was a strong smell from the pipes maybe. It was like a house with some rooms. You could lock your room normally, but the soundproofing wasn't the best. The area was relatively good, close to the train and the metro, which allowed you to go to many attractions. Our stay was excellent.

Being able to be private. It was close to underground and some eateries. Bed was comfortable and the cleaning lady came in every day and really did a great job of making our bed There is an amazing park a block away.

Would have been nice if some coffee, just instant, was in the shared kitchenette area and maybe a city map for. First timers like us

The host, Luca, was amazing and explained the whole city by the time we got there. Location was perfect, just 20min walking from the Coliseum and Termini station. The room was typically Italian and good enough to put our tired body to rest after each day of crazy walking.
