The location is amazing - safe neighborhood, close to Basilica San Giovanni, close to a metro station and close to supermarkets or restaurants. Within 20 minutes of walking you can reach the Colosseum, Forum and from there other touristic spots. There is a shared hall where you have a fridge to leave food and the accomodation was very clean and our bedsheets and room even got cleaned at the middle of our stay. Luca was very nice and let us leave the baggage in the hallway until our flight was due, so all in all it was a great place.

The minor thing is that being an old building you can hear some noise from the street (for us it wasn't a problem as it wasn't extreme noise, just from time to time), but expect to hear some motor vehicles or honks.

The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a large shower. I also liked we had an extra pillow which is unusual for Italy. There were three rooms on the one floor opening out onto a shared kitchen/lounge area which was great for us as we were 3 lots of friends all staying together on the same floor which was a very happy coincidence. The online check in was very efficient. We received a code on our phone which opened the door to the street and also the internal door. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little way out from the main tourist attractions but we weren’t there for that so it was fine for us. The apartment is very close to a metro station so tourist attractions would be easily accessible. We walked from Rome Termini and it was a quite a long way so I would recommend catching the metro as it was also very hot.

Great location, very close to metro. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Possibility to have late check out as we had evening flight.

The only thing is that shower drain needs to be cleaned as the water goes down very slowly and you have to take shower in several stops in other case the shower tray overflows.

The location is very good. It's close to metro, bus station. Bed was comfortable. There is a small lift, its helpful to carry your luggage.

Washroom has some bad smell, wash basin water was not draining properly. The coffee machines was not cleaned.

The room has a all the required furnitures to make it confortable for short visits. The private bathroom is well equiped as well and very clean. The host were always very kind and patient, immediately answering our questions by phone when we were out for a walk in the city. The hotel has many facilities nearby: grocery stores, restaurants and many historical sites. The hotel is well located, close to the metro and bus stations to get to any historical site. It is a 30 minute walk from the coliseum. The room is decorated in a modern style and the bed was very comfortable for two people. The hotel is very clean.

It was very cold on Easter. The heating was off all the time, but with a thick blanket we were able to sleep warm. It would be convenient to place carpets to avoid the cold of the floor. It is recommended to have internet access on the phone to enter for the first time since an application is used to open the doors.

Location was great, metro and bus stop was at walking distance. Comfy beds, cable TV. Room was clean. There was a safe to put our passports or other important things to leave. The staff was very nice and communicative.

Shared (and limited) Kitchen amenities with other rooms (only fridge and microwave), which wasnt described in the main page. A bit of bad smell in bathroom and blankets. Faucets and shower not properly cleaned.

Great stay very modern and clean, customer service was great. The host is constantly checking up to make sure everything is great. Really clean!

Could have been a bit clearer with the signage to the property, very hard to find in the dark, despite the detailed directions. any signage would really help.

Metro and bus station are super close to the apartment, and it is well connected with every part of Rome. Everything was clean. The host is really hospitable and pleasant.

The street is too noisy. We managed to sleep while the window was open, but we were woken up a few times through the night. I guess it is better when you close it, but we wanted fresh air.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Both of which were greatly appreciated after a long day out and about! The housekeeper is so sweet, and we always received prompt responses when messaging with any questions. Appreciated the tips they gave us about the city after we checked in. Located right above a wonderful juice bar/cafe and very close to a yummy gelato store, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Location was good, plenty of the Food business around. Very good for transportation by Metro a minute away. The only noise at night by transportation we use the ear plugs, then ok.

The noise from the street, have to use ear plug. A bit expensive for that room.
