The reception staff were really welcoming & helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Nice and clean. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor & there was plenty of choice. We received a voucher for a complimentary drink (in the foyer).The hotel is a 5 minute walk from San Giovanni metro stop. You can easily reach the popular tourist spots from the metro. We purchased a 72hour ATAC card. The staff recommended a local pizzeria and a restaurant.

We liked the hotel but not sure how convenient it would be for someone who is wheelchair bound, as the lifts are compact.

Excellent greeting by all reception staff eveytime we came in and left the building who ever was on duty. All the team were very polite and professional.

Breakfast was fine. No greeting when we arrived and had to work out what we had to do ourselves. No hot beverages offered, had to ask for tea towards finishing breakfast on first day. We took our own hot chocolate from the foyer machine the 2nd day

Good location, close to all amenities. Hospitable staff at front desk and at breakfast Gianfranco steals the show! The room was always well cleaned. Breakfast was varied and well presented.

I didn’t like the fact that my mobile adapter was burnt when I tried charging my mobile following a power spark. However, the girl at reception was kind enough to lend me one during my stay. It cost me €10 to buy a new one.

First, the property’s location is slightly away from the main attractions but is still close to subways and bus stops that can take you there. We personally used taxis. Second, there are plenty of shops nearby (Cafes, Restaurants, supermarkets, telecom shops, etc…) Finally, the property itself is compact and equipped with all your main needs. The room was a bit small for us but was clean. The AC, bathroom, balcony were perfect.

Rooms were a bit on the small side for us. otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is residential so it's quiet and has lovely restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast could have more variety, but the food was very good. The elevator is small so there can be a wait during peak times to arrive and leave the breakfast area, but this is a very minor issue. Overall, I have no complaints about our stay.

Located close to some good restaurants and within walking distance of main Rome attractions. Pleasantly surprised at value for money of a glass of wine plus nibbles in the hotel reception area.

Room facilities were disappointing 1. Requested a double bed but had 2 single beds pushed together. 2. Air conditioning set too hot. Unable to reduce temperature despite being provided with instructions by hotel staff. Had to leave window open all night to cool room. 3. Lighting in mirror part of room inadequate.

Breakfast was very good, and the view from the breakfast room was great. The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the lady working the front desk in the evenings was the most pleasant and helpful person we person we have every encountered at a hotel. She gave us helpful tips and advice on everything we asked and was super pleasant and happy. She made our stay great.

The wi-fi didn't work in our room.

The staff were so very helpful . Annalise on reception was very helpful with all our questions , and Valentina in the dining room . A wide selection of gluten free breakfast products was provided and a vegan products were specifically purchased for our stay . I cannot praise Valentina enough for ensuring gluten free food was available. All the staff were very friendly . The staff were very well informed on dietary requirements . Although the hotel is a little out of the main tourist area in Rome this is not a problem . 7-8 minute walk to the nearest metro station with train frequency every 3-4 mins . There is also a bus stop right outside which stops at most of the major tourist areas. Bus 87 is great . The beds are super comfortable and the bed linen is great . We were at the front of the hotel which looks onto a noisy main road . The breakfast room has fabulous views over Rome and the service is great .

A decorative dining room on the 8th floor, with a rich and varied self-service meal. The breakfast was very rich with variety of food: different types of bread, boiled or fried eggs, different cheese, cakes, fruits, different juices, coffee, tea and tea, etc... and excellent service from the person in charge. The advantage of the hotel is that it is not in the center of Rome, so its price is relatively cheap and it is close to Fiumicino Airport in Rome.

There is no parking for guests, and those who arrive with a rental car must arrange paid parking until the evening hours (7 - 8 pm).

It was really nice to stay at piccadilly. Receptionists were attentive and friendly staff wery welcoming. I loved view from window while I was having breakfast. Breakfast were delicious. Definitely coming back again. Thanks for having me 🤗
