The reception staff were really welcoming & helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Nice and clean. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor & there was plenty of choice. We received a voucher for a complimentary drink (in the foyer).The hotel is a 5 minute walk from San Giovanni metro stop. You can easily reach the popular tourist spots from the metro. We purchased a 72hour ATAC card. The staff recommended a local pizzeria and a restaurant.

We liked the hotel but not sure how convenient it would be for someone who is wheelchair bound, as the lifts are compact.

The room was decent. Location is good as well. Receptionists were really nice and helpful. Breakfast spread was disappointing, not many options. And the weirdest thing was that the waiters in the restaurant would ask everyone what coffee they wanted and serve them, but never once came to us in 3 days of our breakfast ! Not sure why.

The housekeeping services were not good. Despite keeping the card on the pillow (mentioning to change our bedsheets), the bedsheet wasn't changed for 3 nights.

Lovely breakfast. The scrambled eggs were great. The service was wonderful. Gianfranco at the restaurant was very helpful. I loved the availability of a balcony and spacious windows. Very close to the metro and Basilica San Geovani.

At the entrance, you need to climb four steps to reach the elevator that takes you to the reception. Not too easy if you have very heavy luggage.

Excellent greeting by all reception staff eveytime we came in and left the building who ever was on duty. All the team were very polite and professional.

Breakfast was fine. No greeting when we arrived and had to work out what we had to do ourselves. No hot beverages offered, had to ask for tea towards finishing breakfast on first day. We took our own hot chocolate from the foyer machine the 2nd day

Good location, close to all amenities. Hospitable staff at front desk and at breakfast Gianfranco steals the show! The room was always well cleaned. Breakfast was varied and well presented.

I didn’t like the fact that my mobile adapter was burnt when I tried charging my mobile following a power spark. However, the girl at reception was kind enough to lend me one during my stay. It cost me €10 to buy a new one.

I found the hotel was in an excellent location relatively close to the Metro and trams (about 500m walk). The room was comfortable and as it was mid-June the A/C worked very well. I also like that this hotel is farther from the hordes of people and very touristy venues.

I did find the bed and pillow to firm for my perefernces.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is residential so it's quiet and has lovely restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast could have more variety, but the food was very good. The elevator is small so there can be a wait during peak times to arrive and leave the breakfast area, but this is a very minor issue. Overall, I have no complaints about our stay.

Located close to some good restaurants and within walking distance of main Rome attractions. Pleasantly surprised at value for money of a glass of wine plus nibbles in the hotel reception area.

Room facilities were disappointing 1. Requested a double bed but had 2 single beds pushed together. 2. Air conditioning set too hot. Unable to reduce temperature despite being provided with instructions by hotel staff. Had to leave window open all night to cool room. 3. Lighting in mirror part of room inadequate.

First, the property’s location is slightly away from the main attractions but is still close to subways and bus stops that can take you there. We personally used taxis. Second, there are plenty of shops nearby (Cafes, Restaurants, supermarkets, telecom shops, etc…) Finally, the property itself is compact and equipped with all your main needs. The room was a bit small for us but was clean. The AC, bathroom, balcony were perfect.

Rooms were a bit on the small side for us. otherwise everything was fine.

Breakfast was very good, and the view from the breakfast room was great. The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the lady working the front desk in the evenings was the most pleasant and helpful person we person we have every encountered at a hotel. She gave us helpful tips and advice on everything we asked and was super pleasant and happy. She made our stay great.
