Room was clean, air con and fan was amazing! Bed was comfortable, sheets very clean and the room/apartment had absolutely everything you can need! Check in was suuuuper easy and Laura was very nice. Bus stops to the city right outside or walkable to sights in 20mins. Gated apartment block in a gorgeous safe neighborhood full of non touristy bars/restaurants to real experience Roman cuisine. .Would have liked a microwave but that's personal preference. Hairdryer and iron in the apartment. Cant recommend more highly 10/10!

Nothing it was perfect!

It was clean and the location was great, we managed to get everywhere on foot. Also, bed was very comfortable.

The kitchen was shared which we didn't see was written on the booking site. Also, no heat, the AC was not working and the heat in the building started on the last day of our stay. Bathroom is private but can't be locked on the outside so while you're away, anyone can enter it.

I really liked the location and the building, it is near a lot of food places and supermarkets

They said that the had a working washing machine, but it was an old broken machine and I couldn’t washed my clothes properly.

Very secure and easy to manage stay. Check in was simple. Accommodation had everything I needed. Good location 0 can easily take one of the few bus routes nearby to various parts of the city.

The location was great and the property had the basics one needs on a vacation. You have lots of privacy even when sharing a kitchen.

The towels were too small for an adult.

we were a family and love cooking they need more utensils, a few wine glasses. tea and coffee would be good too.

I like the professionalism of Laura all the help she gave me regarding places to go and what bus or train to take. She's an Angel. I like my room #3 and the shared kitchen. I will booked this apartment again because of LAURA !
