At first I would love to say that the stay was literally perfect. We arrived late at night, we were greeted by really lovely reception worker. He asked how we felt, would we like some beverages, and took our bags (they were crazy heavy) and showed us our room. The room was so cute, the bed was really big and comfy. And I won’t even start about private garden. Imagine - breakfast under palms in warm Italian sun. Had me literally sobbing. Bathroom for two girls- ideal. It has two sinks! And also bath and shower options. Room cleaning was every day, our bed was made perfectly and clean towels every day. All reception workers were so lovely- always asked how our day went, how we felt. One of the best things- they give u a map and draw best destinations and order how to best visit them. It simplified everything sooo much. Speaking about breakfast, they have ACE juice (I hope I spelled it correctly), u HAVE to try it. Be ready to have some warm toast, with ham, cheese and eggs at morning, and after that perfect croissant straight from bakery with coffee. One of the parts that made my day and really warmed up my heart, I was asked if I would like pistachio croissant, I agreed to try it, and I just have to say. I loved it. And every morning since then, they brought freshly baked pistachio croissant straight from bakery. I just wanted to end it all by saying how much I appreciate attitude, how much it made our vacation dreamy and so much more enjoyable. This place will give u home feeling. Thank you all!!!❤️

Location is perfect the whole place is clean and tidy and the staff were amazing and very helpful with regards to your stay at the hotel and best ways to visit the sights in Rome. The hotel managers “map of power” was like Willy wonka’s Golden Ticket

Nothing really other than due to still being early season the air con wasn’t on in the hotel yet

We were staying for 6 days and the hotel manager kindly upgraded us to a larger modern room on the third floor. We were greeted by Francisco who kindly offered us some water and espresso while we checked in. Every thing was great and we had a wonderful time. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay comfortable - Luis, Appu and the kind housekeeping lady

It would have been perfect if there was a closed wardrobe space and some larger cups for coffee 🙂 I thought the breakfast was light and since we ate only 2 meals and needed a large breakfast, we preferred the small cafe called Lunch Music just around the corner

Louis was an exceptional host, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to provide us the best tips of where to go, what to see, etc. Anything we needed, he was more than accommodating. We received a free upgrade upon check in, late check out without a problem- everything was great from the second we checked in. The cleaning staff was also very kind, and quick to give us extra towels, and made our room feel like new after each night. Everyone here made sure we were taken care of- the amazing location was the cherry on top. 15 min walk to Colosseum with easy bus access right outside. We loved our stay here

The shower does flood a little if you aren’t careful- just keep an eye on the drain and you will be fine

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Valeri – Perfect Location & Exceptional Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Valeri, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely perfect—just a comfortable 10-minute walk from the iconic Colosseum and many other historic landmarks. It made exploring Rome an absolute breeze. The hotel itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The environment was peaceful, and everything was spotlessly maintained. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that our stay was perfect. I would especially like to thank Mr. Roberto and Wessem for their exceptional service. Wessem was incredibly helpful and made our check-in process quick and smooth, taking care of every detail with professionalism and a smile. If you’re looking for a charming hotel in a prime location with wonderful people ready to assist you, Hotel Valeri is the place to be. I will definitely return on my next visit to Rome!

When you go to Rome, your go-to place to stay is The Hotel Valeri. Very clean and beautiful place, run by a top staff. Ruis welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. He took excellent care of us. Tomasso was there for us and also saw to anything we needed. Fernando gave us a great map with all the places highlighted that we should see, with transportation and restaurant tips, Roberto, the owner, gave us great tips about how to get city bus tickets, the bus stop is literally right around the corner from the hotel.The centrall location was very convenient, and the beds were very comfortable, like a cloud. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely will stay here again for our next visit to Rome. All the staff get an A+ in my book. A wonderful home away from home. 😊

An amazing place with very friendly people working. The room is very useful and big. The place is always clean and tidy, we wanted the housekeeping only one time during our stay and, they did a remarkable job. The breakfast is enough to feed yourself and delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is 10 minutes close to colosseum and far from the noise and crowds. Also, the public transportation selections are various. When you arrive, just ask the Holy Map of Francesco’s which will give you the best experience of this beautiful city. You can either walk through the city or take the bus from 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Everybody at the hotel, from staff to the hotel manager, was so kind and friendly. They always offered us something to drink, even when we had already checked out and came back to collect our luggage to leave Rome. We were even offered an umbrella on a rainy day. The cleaning lady cleaned the room like a mom rather than a hotel employee. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise as well. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. There was enough room for the luggages. Everybody did everything they can to make us feel welcome. This is a rare experience for us. I would stay here again if I come to Rome again.

There was just a bit of humidity smell coming from the bathroom, nothing disgusting. I think a small renovation would probably fix the problem.

Stuff was great, kind and friendly. We've been welcomed by Radovan and Carlo. They gave us a lot useful information about city, restaurants etc, especially Radovan. Our room was upgraded with bigger one, which was really nice. Room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is great, just a 10 minutes walk to Colloseum.

Heating in bathroom isn't working. When we asked the staff if there was a problem with the heating in the bathroom, we were told that there is no heating in the bathroom at all, that the radiator wasn't connected to the system, which was really unpleasant surprise, since the temperatures were lower in the evenings. Also, the second morning there was a problem with breakfast order, as we were told, so there was a limited choice of food, only cheese, few boiled eggs, bread, sweet pastries, not any salami, mortadela ... In apologies, we've been offered a free drinks in the evening.

Outstanding stay, especially due to the service and attention from the staff. Rado was an incredible resource of information and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. From giving us pointers on places to see with fantastic directions to his recommendations for restaurants-simply amazing. Rado, Francesco and the family atmosphere made our trip to Rome unforgettable. The room was good, but the black marble bathroom was fantastic! Do the breakfast since there is nothing better than starting your day with a cappuccino and a smile.
