The host was very forthcoming and friendly, and shared some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. The guesthouse’s location was excellent—quiet, yet very well connected by buses, and only a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Overall, it was a very easygoing and pleasant experience. The breakfast, although simple, was definitely sufficient. Since I’m gluten intolerant—and I’m sure the host would have accommodated me had I asked—I chose not to have breakfast. I was very happy with my cup of coffee in the morning, though.

The bathroom—and especially the shower—could have been cleaner. The silicone was mouldy, and in some areas, there appeared to be algae (it was very green, so it definitely looked like algae). The bed was also quite narrow and squeaky. However, I still had a fairly restful sleep, all things considered.

Nice and cosy room is an independent part (you can lock the the door, the individual and spacious bathroom with a shower is included) of a flat in an eight-story building. Great for one person, for two maybe a little bit tiny. The fridge is extremely small. There are a coffeemaker and electric kettle with wide selection of teabags. Crackers, various jams and honey are prepared every day (no fresh pastry or bread, everything is long-life). Cleaning every day. Tastefully decorated, the double bed is really great and comfortable! Not far from the Laterano Basilica, the quarter is safe and clean.

Located close to local shops, buses and Metro, only 25 min walk from the most famous Rome's attraction - the Colosseo, this air conditioned, single, on suite room was clean, tidy and very pleasant. Breakfast included was a bonus. Excellent value for money. The host Giulio was very friendly and responsive, and dealt with all my enquiries promptly. I will definitely consider the Letto e Latte Roma again when I return to Rome - one of the most beautiful cities in the world!

A short walk from the Colosseum in an area with a few bars, eateries & useful shops. It is also close to two Metro stations, which is very easy to use. I had looked at lots of other places & this was by far the best value for money. The guy who showed us in was very friendly & helpful. Communication before our arrival was excellent too. The accommodation was clean, peaceful & comfortable with a small fridge, a safe & breakfast facilities. Perfect for a city break without breaking the bank or being miles from everything. The air con was also very effective.

Good location in San Giovanni, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Felt safe for a solo female traveller. Comfortable room, and basic but perfectly adequate breakfast each day. Bottled water and juices in the mini fridge was a welcome touch. Giulio was a very friendly and helpful host. There were a few crumbs on the floor from the previous guest’s stay but otherwise the room was clean and nicely decorated.

The single room is super cozy and comfortable for a single person - a little nest in Rome. I really enjoyed having my own coffee machine + milk foamer to start my days slowly with café latte and a small breakfast. :) The accommodation is extremely clean and well maintained. The team of the property is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach at all times. It’s only a 20 minute walk from the Colosseum. The next metro station (lines A and B) is less than a ten minute walk away. There are also several bus lines even closer tourte hotel that get you to various corners of the city.

The room is comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is prepared the night before for the next morning, and a small fridge has cold milk, juice, butter, yogurt and small snacks. The historic center is a 10-15 minute walk away. If I were to stay in Rome again, I would choose this accommodation again.

The shower is relatively small, there is no shelf for shower gel or soap and the door does not close properly.

I like the efficiency of the host, always prompty and ready for all your requests and needs, house is clean, and have a little amenity like coffe machine for expresso or cup of coffee, tea, juice and water, really thoughtful!

I know some will say the lift to reach the apartment, but I understand this is a very prime classic residential apartment for families , so it's understandable

Great place to stay. Beautiful building made me feel like I was in a local apartment building. Owner was super nice, the room was clean, stylish and had a nice continental breakfast. A 10% discount was offered for the restaurant across the street.

Beds could have been a little more comfortable, but that is traveling.

Clean apartment in a convenient position, small but enough for me. Nice neighborhood with restaurants around, close to the metro station and Colosseum. Tasty and rich breakfast with many options, salty and sweet, even if it was prepared and served in the room from the previous day. The owner was very kind and gave me a solution with my back bag the last day until my departure time. I am very satisfied with my choice.
