Wonderful location. So close to metro and the bus stop is outside. There is a lovely cafe just next door which do great coffees and bakery items which are good value and tasty. The rooms are nice, beds very comfortable and shower is really good. Even though check in is remote it was all hassle free, we could leave our baggage in communal area and even though we had problems with the WiFi it was sorted by the host over WhatsApp communication. It's all very clean

I would have liked some savoury options for breakfast, maybe some sliced bread to make some toast as we weren't keen on the sweet options but I guess that's our preference.

The place was clean and well-organized. The breakfast items are nice. The location is pretty good, close to the Colosseum and more than one subway station. The bathroom size is also good.

The wi-fi connection was not that great, but I'm afraid it was because I was in room 3, in the middle of the 2 different wi-fi connections available. But I was able to work from the room when needed, anyway.

The location was amazing and the property was so much more luxurious then I was expecting! It was also very very clean! Got chatting the lady who tipped us off as to where the pope would be that day and we ended up about 2m away!

Walking distance from most attractions and the metro station. Very clean. Even though there was no staff at the property, which didn’t bothered us at all, they were very helpful and prompt in answering to any questions and clarifications requested via whats up. Everything is self service.

Since it is located in a main road, the noise from the cars was very loud. We had difficulty in sleeping at night

Located in front of the Laterno palace, and very well connected by bus. The nearest metro in at a 10 minute walk. The Colosseum is also just 10 minutes on foot.The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean though.

The rooms, however, are sized like a matchbox. There's just enough place for a person to stand on either side of the bed. We kept the window open at night. D*mn how many ambulances pass by every day.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to all sights. Clean and tidy. Staff that we saw in the morning were extremely helpful even with limited English and our limited Italian. Breakfast was simple yet perfect.

It was noisy.. but adaptable. We didn't mind it at all. As it actually added to the life of living in a city.

1. The towels are changed every 3 days, for someone who showers every day maybe twice a day during vacation that was not even close to enough. 2. There were no slippers to use for toilet, you need to enter barefoot.

Our stay was great, hosts were very easy to contact and all information provided for entry and prerequisites was very easy to follow. We had a great stay, very clean and comfortable. Was great to be able to access tea, coffee, breakfast anytime.

Breakfast was good, however it could have been better. I know Italians love a sweet breakfast, but perhaps just bread or non-animal milk alternatives would have been helpful.

Great location, nice and clean room, good price-quality ratio. I really appreciated the complementary breakfast too.

Very noisy street, also at night. The wifi was not working in most of the room, especially in the desk, which was a problem since I was in Rome for work.

Loved the space in the room, it was useful to have a table & chair with a power plug nearby for laptops. The breakfast area was good, well lit and a good selection of breakfasts. Coffee and drinks were really good. The location was good, with some traffic noise when ambulances came past, but it is an easy walk to many shops, taxi pickups, restuarants so the location was good.

WiFi did not stay on in room 7 (which is the furtherest room), but perhaps this is the nature of an old building with solid walls. Fortunately I had 5G mobile data so was able to cope.
