We spent four wonderful nights in Federico's apartment! Everything was as described. The room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super! The owner has taken care of all the small details to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible - coffee machine, tea, small mini bar fridge, towels and daily cleaning of the room was included. He was also kind enough to recommend places to eat nearby. The place is located very close to a metro stop and it was very easy to get around to all famous destinations. Thank you Federico! If we visit Rome again some day, we will definitely look for you!

The room and apartment were spotlessly cleaned every day, the decor is good and just right. AC for a hot roman summer! Room size is excellent for a family. The host was also super kind in allowing us to store the luggage before check-in.

I feel this is not a good solution for more than a couple of days since there are no kitchen facilities to prepare a home meal. Yes there is a room (private) and lobby (shared) fridge but that is not enough. Sounds travel easily through the rooms.

The room was comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. Cleaning is done every day between 10-12. The neighborhood is nice and seems like there are less tourists around. There are lots of shops and supermarkets, haven’t tried the restaurants around the propriety though.

The shower water pressure was a bit off and it was really difficult not to fill the entire bathroom with water whenever you showered. It is quite far away from the city center, even though the access to public transport from the propriety is very easy.

Excellent. A clean and lovely room and bathroom, very kind host, coffee machine available (with free capsules), quiet neighborhood, plenty of amenities nearby (fast food, Burger King, restaurants, boutiques, a well-stocked supermarket), just two minutes from the metro, excellent connectivity.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is centrally located, next to the metro station (direct connection to the colosseo) and a supermarket. It was clean with a modern bathroom and although there are three different rooms it was silent. Viola is very kind and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is a basket in your room with a small variation of crackers and croissants (typically italian) and you have some coffee pads for the coffee machine. But we also got a home-baked cake and there is a bakery just a few steps away.

You only got italian tv but you have the option to see Netflix / Youtube.

Federico the owner is a really cool guy! Very friendly, always available to assist us with anything we required and to provide any info we needed, with suggestions of places to visit and directions to get there as well! The apartment was exceptionally clean which is exactly what we were looking for and is tastefully furnished.

Everything was perfect. Optimal location, room cleaning every day, free unlimited coffee, and the owner is a real angel. Rooms were exactly like in the photos. We couldn't have wished for more during our stay in Rome!

Sound-proofing of the rooms is not so good.

The room was luxurious, bright and clean. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything we need, and the blue light was quite interesting. In the room, we had our own fridge and TV.

One time it was quite noisy early in the morning when some of the neighboring guests were using the common kitchen.

The room was perfect, big, with light, really beautiful with everything needed and more! Real clean, with the proposition to clean it every day of our stay, we had a great stay! Thank you!

Excellent location. Only 5 minutes walk from the metro and on many bus routes and about 15/20 minutes to central Rome. Metro and buses are cheap €1.50. Many local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities within a few minutes walk.
