The property is absolutely wonderful. the owners are very accommodating and willing to help. the location is absolutely perfect: all kinds of restaurants, stores, and even lovely church for mass. close to many bus lines and the B1 Subway that bring you right to the heart of Rome . but buyers beware, the stairs are tough. And it's the only way to get upstairs. so, if you have bad knees sadly, this might not be the place for you. I suggested they put in at least a small stair lift for the longer flights but I know it's not aesthetically pretty but it's 75 the stairs kill you.

Very nice architecture and design of the whole building, close to a metro station. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast mostly consists of fresh cornetti and coffee, and some other sweet options (which I understand is a typical Italian breakfast, but you might be used to other types of buffet) Breakfast is not the main meal for Italians, they usually take their coffee on the spot with something small and sweet on the side just to get a boost for the day. So, if you're planning on booking with them, we advise you to enjoy their fresh pastries and then grab a sandwich as you go sight-seeing. The shower is a bit narrow.

15 minutes away from the city centre with metro, which is 1 minute walk from the accomodation. Very pretty and calm area. There’s a shop literally two minutes walk, i believe it’s 24/7 (here the staff opened our wine for us which we didn’t even buy there). There’s also a club or pub next to this shop, we didn’t visit it just saw the people but you can’t here it from the apartment at all, don’t worry. The apartment was cleared every day, the utilities in the rooms were refilled every day. Own coffee machine in every room, italian snacks in every room, own mugs and cutlery. Fresh italian pastry for breakfast every morning. The host was super polite, cheerful and helpful. All in all the perfect place to stay at.❤️

There’s 3 available rooms in total, the walls are pretty thin so we could here the other people pretty clear, this was okay not disturbing for us but may be for other people. We bought cheese and ham for ourselves for our sandwiches, we put it in the fridge (which is common ) and somebody at 2-2 out of them.:(

Breakfast coffee and croissants were great, I would add fruit perhaps. The location was really good, quiet neighborhood and right next to the metro, it was easy to get around the city. The decor with antiques and art was lovely, garden too.

My room was detached from the bathroom, it wasn't a real problem, but maybe the only thing to note.

Fresh croissaints for each morning, AC without extra costs, own coffee machine for every room with refilled coffee-capsules, the garden is very nice and romantic, the villa is well designed, and the owners are very friendly.

One of the room's bathroom usually gets steamy, no great airflow. However, it is still comfortable, just dry your clothes elsewhere.

The rooms are nice and large and the location is excellent with great connectivity by bus and the subway/metro. If you come out on the correct side from the subway, the property is right opposite to you behind a flower shop. Also, there is a restaurant called In the Mood for Food which is excellent, we discovered it on our last day. The rooms being given out to guests are in the basement but are quite airy and bright. The shower needs an exhaust though, it makes the room a little damp. The rooms are kept super clean and there's juice, milk and a few other snacks in the common kitchen, as well as the room. Breakfast includes fresh croissants. We were really short on time or would have liked to spend more time talking to the family.

The shower (Room A) needs an exhaust. On our last night, the AC kept turning off on its own after a while, since it was very late, we decided not to trouble anyone and there was a thunderstorm so it had cooled down and was tolerable.

Staff friendly and nice and place was clean, garden is very beautiful and the owners are friendly and helpful, they always had breakfast stocked

Villino Corbelli is a lovely B&B. It is very beautiful and romantic. Very nice staff and gorgeous lab puppy! Extremely close to the underground station (half an hour ride to the city center), and good restaurants in the area

This is a lovely house full of character. It feels like a home from home place where you can relax in peaceful surroundings. Located less than a few minutes walk from Metro Conca d'Oro the Villino is perfectly situated for sightseeing. There are also nice places to eat and shop close by. The owners are very friendly welcoming people, and Isabella who looks after the rooms does the best job I have experienced even when staying in hotels. I highly recommend Villino Corbelli.

There is nothing to complain of, but I shall mention that the stairs from the road to the villino could be challenging for differently abled guests.

The ròom is Part of Very decent villa that makes you feel home. Green and quiet. The owner are very kind and helpful. Self service break fast is fair enough.

As it is well stated in the hotel description, there are lots of stairs in the compound. It will be difficult if you have big luggage .
