The hotel is modern and clean, room was nice. Good location short walk to all the great restaurants - it's a cute town, next to the lagoon for great sunsets and bus stop outside to go to Porto stefano or station. Staff all very friendly and helpful. I rented bike for most of my stay and great value through the hotel and good mountain bikes. There are many amazing routes to cycle with cycle lanes and depending on your cycle level how far and hard you want to go. Beach bracio is just 10-15 minutes on bike all flat so great! Great cycling through the pine trees. Highly recommend it.

I liked it all. They have a lovely rooftop area and I didn't go up there. I feel only feedback would be they could do so much more with that space as its amazing view. Needs some tables and umbrellas - maybe a bar even when it's so hot. I would have sat there enjoying the lagoon view.

Great location, easy walking to historic centre of Orbetello. Spacious room for two of us. We didn't have any meals at the hotel. Great bar next to hotel for Italian breakfast (coffee and pastry). Found a free parking space near hotel for our rental car.

Had issues with air conditioner in room which kept switching off. Hotel staff said it was on a timer, twice they came to our room to fix this, but still kept turning off. Ended up sleeping with windows open, and put up with traffic noise from busy street below.

the Hotel is situated on the main road through Orbetello with parking all round the building. The Reception was manned 24/7 and late check-in was easy after going through the online check-in during the day. It's a 5 minute walk to the center with restaurants, cafes and bars dotted around. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and all facilities available in the room worked. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was well worth the extra, which we paid on checkout, with a wide array of choices for an Italian breakfast.

The view from the front balconies was anything special, but you still got a balcony to sit and enjoy.

Breakfast was basic but ok location was great, we had a car which was a bonus as surrounding areas were a must to visit. Rome via public transport was easy.

Bed was really hard with a spring mattress and the shower cubical was too small and I'm not a big person. Stayed for 6 nights 3/4 would have been plenty

Wonderful rooftop terrace with perfect sunset view, spacious room, everything can be reached in walking distance. Room was clean and staff friendly.

I had a room on the ground floor. Everyone passing by on the street had a direct view into the room and on the bed, so that the jalousie had to be kept closed all the time.

Hotel right in the center of town, very walkable to many things. We were only there overnight because we were on our way from Venice to Amaseno, Italy. It is too long a trip for us to do in one day. Breakfast was excellent Older hotel, but they keep it clean and newer furnishings. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, and it is in a small, but pleasant town.

Since it had a kitchenette, it would have been nice to have some plates, cups, silverware etc.

Good location, friendly reception staff, air conditioned comfortable room (a room with two double beds) - all we needed to refresh and overnight.

Poor door noise isolation, mising seaside view as given in photos (because the seaside is a block away, nevertheless the payed golden sand public beach can easily be accessed by bus if not a car).

The position is extremely strategic. Any point in argentario is an easy and short drive away. The rooms are big, spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts and amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were great, air conditioning was perfect, Parking is always easily available in the area. But the best aspect of the whole establishment is the staff. Incredibly helpful, always ready to help, very kind, cordial, professional. Wish them all the best!

Good central location, nice bountiful breakfast (both savoury and sweet) and large rooms.

No wifi (not a bad connection, no wifi at all), barely usable cell signal in the room, slightly older/harder beds which I found uncomfortable (my wife said they were fine though).

Large enough quadruple room to comfortably accomodate 4 people, impecably clean sheets, good location, friendly staff. Beautiful view on the roof terrace.

Dated hotel, but pleasant for a short stay.
